Sorry but worst experience of my life. Having many many years experience in hairdressing myself, I know what my hair is capable of results it can achieve. I don’t think my stylist was qualified. She took over 2 hours just do do a hair cut (no blow dry), at that point I realised this was going to be a long day. Colour turned out totally wrong- I don’t think right colours were mixed, bleach not left on long enough, so hair was ginger. They had to try fix this by doing full set of highlights- not what I had gone in for....and not to go with my new haircut which was a brave step for me to get approx 8inches off to create a lob cut. I was in salon for 8hours. Had to come home to try fix myself, but will take many sessions to rectify. Also now home, I realise the cut is dreadful, with graduation on the one length, I only got step 2 of the olaplex- and still never saw the actual bottles so yet to believe it was that brand. Extremely disappointed and felt let down that someone who is not capable was let loose on a client. It crossed my mind that why was I her only customer of the day on a Saturday when all the other stylists were back to back with clients. I asked how long she had been qualified and the answer I got was ‘she’s done pretty much everything now’....that answer speaks a thousand words. Heartbroken my hair was a disaster.
My hair looks amazing! Will be definitely going back soon!!!

All the girls in this salon are great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair done now. Very friendly and feel welcome every time. I also love my hair every time!
