Harry was very nice, however I have very curly hair and as a result quite specific about how it needs to be cut. I thought I had explained this at the beginning of my appointment but when everything was finished my hair ended up being about 4 inches shorter than what I had wanted/asked for. I still had a good experience overall but if you have curly hair then maybe consider going somewhere else.
