The Hammam Spa was excellant value for money. Myself and four friends attended on the same day and had the Hammam to ourselves. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The location was quite far out and not close to a town however this would not put us off going again. The mini treatment was lovely as was the tea and cake.

Just been today, had a great day, made very special by the great service from the staff prior to our visit. I bought the offer of the Hammam ritual from here for my friends 30th birthday, she then found out she was pregnant and was no longer able to have the treatment due to the heat. The spa and staff were very accommodating, suggesting a suitable replacement for my friend. We were greeted on arrival with tea and cupcakes before our treatment. I had the Luxury Hammam ritual which I would recommend and is well worth the money. My friend had the mother to be spa be nurtured treatment which she found so relaxing she fell asleep. We will both be visiting Fullerton Spa again and recommending it to friends and family. Big thumbs up from us.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our visit due to illness: ( However the staff were lovely about everything and couldn't be more sympathetic or accommodating about my situation and we hope to rearrange very soon. Have been for a bit of a nosey around though and the place looks wonderful! It's in one of the prettiest places in northumberland! Can't wait til we can go again . Wish the spa all the best in their venture!

What am amazing experience and a magical place. My friend and I had a Hammam experience which is a Moroccon body cleansing treatment that prepares the body for a deep tissue massage.
The spa is intimate, beautifully decorated and presented, with very professional yet friendly approachable staff. There is a hot tub and pleasantly designed courtyard, relaxing areas as also a small chillout room with comfortable seating.
The unusual treatment procedure was explained to us. It was a bit complex but the different products were already prepared in little bowls and in order of use. It was fun but messy! The only thing that I was surprised about was the assumption that we would both be in the therapy room for our massages. One was instructed to lay down on a heated bench type seat while the other received the massage. I found the room too hot and stuffy while I waited. I would prefered to have waited in the chillout room until it was my turn. I would raise this issue with the staff when I return for another treatment. We had a fantastic day and we felt very relaxed after the experience. I would recoommend this spa and the Hamman experience to others. I found it to be a very special place.

This was excellent value for money I am booked to go again with vouchers. The place is tranquil and clean and the Hammam was the best treatment I have had in years. This treatment is a bit special and way different from the usual spas. I would recommend it for total de-stress. I was relaxed and cleansed and felt so good. Without the vouchers this is a little bit pricey, but having had it I would pay full price as it is so good. The ambience of the place is lovely and the staff very friendly. It is set in its own grounds and quiet and rural. Would definitely recommend.

We were quite nervous about the hammam, never having expeienced it before but it was wonderful.
The setting is gorgeous, lovely northumberland countryside, the fullerton place spa is tranquil and immaculate and the staff are welcoming, thoughtful and discreet, informing you of what you need to do and then letting you get on with it, whilst only being a call away at any time. The hammam was very relaxing despite the self-application which was actually very enjoyable, lots of water and splashing all with perfectly warm/hot water.
The massage afterwards was lovely, we opted for different ones..a back, neck and shoulder and a shoulder face and head the masseuse was very chatty afterwards which was nice, then the tea and cake, mmmmm delicious! we finished off with an hour or so in the hot tub and purchased a smoothie each which was very nice. I would wholly recommend fullerton place spa to anyone.
