They changed my booking without informing me and then when I called to confirm my time, I asked why I can't be seen at this time despite the therapist running 10-15 minutes over, and they said because she had another client booked for that time... so when was I supposed to get seen!?! On-top of this, they told me they would call me back with a solution and never did, I called back five times and no one would answer. First and last time I ever consider this rude company. Never recommending.
