Hi all,
I found for Him and Her beauty clinic online and I think its the best thing I have ever found. With their low competitive prices I surely will be going back there. I had such a fantastic experience today and felt so welcoming by the friendly staff at the clinic. The staff are very experienced and confident in the treatments they gave me and i didn't feel like leaving just wanted to get treatments done all day one after another. Already booked myself in for a hair cut and to get it colored. Cant wait to come back! See you soon!

Went with my partner on Tuesday for a Facial and massage each. We were taken downstairs and taken into 2 separate rooms. My partner was to have his massage first and I was to have my facial. The lady who I think owns it is very nice but everything about the place is cheap and nasty. My facial was a total rip off. Leaving me laying there for 15 minutes for steaming and 15 minutes for the mask. I was laying there and rather than relaxing, I was getting very annoyed and totally un-pampered. The absolute bare minimum was done for the facial. |It was appalling. To add to that you could hear the conversations going on upstairs. The therapist wore normal clothes not a uniform. It was just totally unprofessional and awful. Half an hour into my facial my partner walked into my room as I lay there on my own, to tell me he had had enough and was leaving and he would see me at home!! Not knowing exactly what had happened I looked forward to my massage hoping it would be better than the facial. The guy came in to do my massage dressed in jeans and a T. shirt and began my massage. It was painful. So hard and uncomfortable. I had already told them I would only be able to stay for half an hour massage rather than the hour and so glad I did. I could not have endured an hour from this guy. Not only was the pressure too hard but when I told him it hurt he did not soften the pressure and his technique was boring and overall unpleasant.
They are doing lots of deals here at the moment which seem very attractive but they say you get what you pay for but unfortunately here you don't even get that.
awesome experience. This is the second time I have been to Him and Her and this time too the experience was spot on and I left smiling like a Cheshire cat after the experience. 5 starts to Kadija, my therapist

I was getting married last weekend and they pampered me and my husband with a Massage, Facial, did my eyebrow & eyelash tinting and eyelash extensions which iv'e never done before, why I found them so professional is because they didn't just try and take my money they gave good customer service, and they made sure they did a 48 hours patch test so I don't get a reaction from the tint or colour in my hair, they went through a thorough consultation on everything they did which places don't seem to do anymore, also traveled to do my hair and make-up and henna for my wedding day which I am so grateful for, I agree with the below comment you get a great value for your money, very very reasonable.

I regularly pamper myself being a man and had purchased a voucher from wowcher, after purchasing and reading the horrible comments that were left I thought it was going to be a terrible experience, BUT I actually had a fantastic time it was very peaceful, relaxing, staff were polite and welcoming, as a man going into a clinic they made me very comfortable, not sure how they could have received such a bad response but I have now made that a regular place for me to go for my waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage and facials, even though I am from Tooting and there are loads of Salons near me I feel I had such a great time and the best experience ever with the relaxing and calming music and candles with herbal tea and fresh fruit cant go wrong, the clinic was very clean and I have nothing negative to say. Please guys do not be frightened by the extreme negative comments, I would find a lot of it narrow minded, you will have a great experience I guarantee you!!!!
