It took a couple of attempts to book the appointment over the telephone, but it was worth the very minor hassle. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the class instructor, Suzy, was professional, encouraging and obviously knew her stuff.

I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of taking up powerplate.

The staff is super friendly. I totally enjoy exploring different ways of keeping fit and power plate is something I would include into my routine. Location is great and I would generally recommend exploring different instructors and places.

The venue was a bit far, but given the great price it was worth the journey. The venue was decent, and staff were very friendly. The power plate is definitely a lot more tiresome than I had expected. I definitely feel like I had a good workout and could feel soreness in my muscles the day afterwards. Highly recommended

What a great offer! It was a small and well equipt studio, the instructor Suzy was amazing, especially as I had recently had a baby - she tailored the workout perfectly! Best exercise I had done in ages - well worth it. And absoultely no pressure to buy more sessions, just a descret email inquiring as to whether or not you enjoyed the session. Fab.

My husband and I visited the gym on Saturday-spending the day in London and enjoying this and another Wahanda offer!! I cannot praise Jane enough, she is a true professional, made us feel very welcome and offered us the appropriate advice on using the plates-which were fantastic-I want one!!! My husband and I are at different levels of fitness(!) but she tempered the instructions accordingly. The plates obviously work...my muscles can testify to that!!! I am now trying to find a class closer to where we live. Many thanks for making us welcome, and putting us at ease in a new environment.

Will have to try this power plate workout! Sounds like a good workout for the muscles!

The whole experience was really fun. I love Poweplate and doing yoga on the powerplate was difficult but rewarding. I really enjoyed the facilities and the instructors. I found it challenging, but hope to return another time.

Are there many traditional yoga poses or are they tailored specifically for use with the powerplate?

Really enjoyed the actual session and thought the guy doing the session with me was brilliant but the price for me is far too much considering I could join a gym and have a power plate for free...it was up to £20 for a single session.

Venue was a bit hard to find, but once I arrived everything was lovely. Staff were so nice and friendly and the class was very good. The trial price i paid was extremely good which made the whole experience even more worth while.

I've been going here for power plate sessions for about 2 months now after saving up all my Wahanda gift vouchers. I'd tried power plate before but needed to get myself in a routine instead of doing sessions every now and then, so booked in once a week with a colleague.

Each instructor I've had has been so professional and friendly, making sure I have a good session every week and feel like it's been worth it. Jane definitely worked me the hardest, but she was so great I actually had fun working out! (Which I really don't do often enough). There's working out bored and uninspired, and there's sessions like these which actually make you feel motivated.

The sessions are really working for me so I'll continue to go here and maybe step up to 2 sessions a week, or even a 40 min CardioVibe session if I'm brave enough!

I went with a friend after getting the voucher from Wahanda and I must admit it was a bit difficult to find as it is in a small street and in a non very central location.
When we eventually found the place we were friendly greeted by the personal trainer and then shown the changing room and the facilities. The lesson lasted aproximately 25 minutes and the work out was excellent.
We really worked up a sweat I must say.I would go back again and I raccomend it to anyone wanting quick results in terms of toning and weight loss.
Really good value for money too.

Based in London Bridge, it took a little map hunting to find, but once there it was a well maintained fitness suite primarily for Power plates. I could probably see myself returning if they had good promotions for sessions as you get a good one-one training. Friendly, chatty non-English staff. Down to earth Ambience.

Really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable ad clearly passionate about their work. Received a taylored session according to my needs which was really enjoyable and challenging. I can highly recommend.

I liked the idea of combining power plate with yoga as these are two of my favourite forms of exercise. The sessions are a bit pricey but with the offer on Wahanda it made it available. I found the staff very responsive - they contacted me almost immediately re booking me in with all the information I needed. It is a shame though that this class is only available one day a week. I would definitely do more sessions but unfortunately it is too far away from me and the full price is a bit out of my range, which is a shame.

Went here with my gym buddy on a couple of occassions as the deal was quite good and would reccommend going here with the deals as it can be quite expensive to pay per class - booking was very easy and the location is quite central - the Trainers were very nice & professional & had a good workout.

I ended up starting the session as a one-to-one session, so it was good having that personal training type experience. The trainer was very good and pushed you according to your ability and goals. Venue was clean and well equipped, although quite random to find in the basement of a converted office building. The location was within easy walking distance of London Bridge station which is good.

I booked 3 sessions of power plate and it was the first time i had tried it. The venue is a small gym but has just the right of space and equipment. I had a different power plate instructor every time i attended here but all of them were very proffessional, friendly and motivating. I really enjoyed working out on the plate and definatley felt the benefits - especially in my legs. I would definately buy more sessions as they are very resonably priced here.

Tucked away this power plate studio is a real gem. The trainer was really friendly and pushed you enough that you really felt you were getting a decent work out. Changing area was clean and with only 4 power plates I really did get value for money.

It was hard to find the building and was strange that the gym was inside a warehouse. The actual gym was small inside with four plates. As we were all at different levels, I had to wait instructions for the next exercise but this was a matter of seconds. Being new to the plate I did feel slighty sick at the beginning especially when my head was shaking along with the plate. Overall it hurt- so it must have worked.

Awesome little Power Plate studio. Was a bit hard to get to 'coz it was in the basement of the Leathermarket building (and someone had moved the sign so the arrow was pointing elsewhere...). I've done Power Plates before, but I felt like the trainer really knew how to maximise the effectiveness of the Power Plate. I felt like I did a lot of work in ~20 mins.

Small studio but trainer was friendly and gave me exercises to target the bits I wanted - session was only half an hour but I was aching for a couple of days after each one, so it obviously works!

Powerplates felt really good, The wahanda deal makes them such good value. The staff were friendly and always asked what parts of the body you want to work on and tailor the time to do the most that will benefit those areas you want to work on.
The staff really pushed me but in a good way, really felt the benefits and would recommend it to anyone.
