Mg Fit In Fitness is a brilliant personal training organisation. I have highly enjoyed bootcamp and the personal training sessions. Over the last 6 months, I have seen my fitness increase dramatically, which has given me more energy and has made me a much happier person. My body has transformed and become much stronger and more toned too. I have also reaped the rewards of decreasing my dress size.

The bootcamp gives you the ability to be with lots of other lovely individuals who have the same goals in mind, while at the same time making friends who also live in the same area. The trainer also makes sure that everyone has the correct focus - they are brilliant at their jobs.

I now look forward to exercising a couple of times a week with MG Fit In Fitness, which before I joined was an extremely rare occasion!

Fit in Fitness boot camp has been a brilliant way at getting me back into exercising! The sessions are fun but hard and are very varied so before you know it the hour is over! it is a really enjoyable form of training. In just 8 weeks the weight loss has been noticeable! I would definitely recommend fit in fitness!

Fit in Fitness has been great for getting me back into excercising and getting fit. Its like you get your own personal trainer as your feedback is incorporated into sessions and each boot camp training sessions are always varied, they work your whole body and after 8 session i felt like my fitness levels were up and had noticable weight loss. Signing up for another session before summer is out!

Great way to be introduced to a boot camp and the instructor we had was very focused on improving over all technique for a more efficient work out rather than just shouting commands at us.
Great way to mix up the exercise regime and get moving in the morning!

The instructor was really enthusiastic, aimed to push you but also took in to consideration each individual's fitness levels and abilities. There were 20 participants who all got involved and it was a really good atmosphere.

It was really good to start the day with a bit of exercise. The trainers are really friendly - a good balance between pushing you hard enough so you improve fitness but not too hard...makes sure you want to go back!

It was my first time attending a boot camp and I have been told that the set up is better than brit fit. Our instructor (Alex) was fantastic but has unfortunately left now. It's good value for money and a fun way of getting fit and meeting new people. I would definitely recommend it to people who are stuck in a rut but want to get out and start being active!

Great idea especially in central london, you need to remember to wear good trainers though. The trainers really push you though....which is really good if your really into getting ft. you meet and interact with different people who you might need to work with depending on what exercise is taking place. Really good I would do it again.

The concept is good and it has helped my fitness in the short time I have been training which is positive but some of the trainers have been late and unorganised. Overall it has been good but there is room for improvement.

Really good work out and great to be outdoors and get some fresh air. The group works well together so you can easily go on your own and it doesnt matter how fit you are already, this caters for levels!

The coach was really encouraging as well, he knew how to keep morale up even when you were swore and had had enough - would definitely recommend this as an alternative overall workout to going to the gym and this does work your whole body!

Boot camp Holborn was definitely worth taking the time to do. The class was fairly small (about 8-10 people) and is great for weight loss, training and toning your body. Instructor was first class and dedicated giving accurate and appropriate advice and I left feeling well worked out but like I'd worked new muscles in my body.

These bootcamp sessions are a great way to exercise with a group of like-minded people in a outdoor setting. The trainer kept us motivated and worked us hard, but also provided different levels of certain exercises so you could tailor the session to your personal level of fitness/ability. Very good value for money.

Really good fun. The guy who ran it had a good attitude and was very encouraging. Would recommend this to my friends. All over body workout, the more you put in the more you get out.

I am now into my 3rd weekend of bootcamp at Highbury Fields and i have been very impressed thus far. On my first session i was the only person to turn up and for the first 15mins so it was a 121 session. Then another girl joined and the first weekend was brilliant but hard work - some running in between squats, lunges, plank, side plank, press ups, crunches, you name it we did it. I particularly love the boxing. I was really sore the first weekend and think it was a hard weekend since i have not seen the other girl since. The last 2 weekends have stepped up a gear and there are now some regulars, however no two classes are the same and we are always kept guessing as to what is coming next....I hate running but am slowly getting better at it!!. Class sizes range from 2 to a max of 6 people so it is good to have a small class with a mix range of abilities although I feel the exercises can be adapted to all abilities and with a bit running thrown in ensures your heart rate is kept high throughout. I find Murat, our trainer and owner of Fit in Fitness to be excellent, very knowledge and supportive. He corrects your technique and explains the benefit of the exercises and provides encouragement - no one shouts at you like some other bootcamps i could mention. A great way to get fit for summer and make new friends...nothing beats training outdoors and Highbury Fields is a great outdoors space in trendy Islington.

An interetsting concept, and when the wheather was nice it was really lovely being outside, but not so nice when it was raining! Alex the instructor was a lot of fun and really motivating, but after the first 2 sessions I didn't feel that I was working hard enough. The class also was scheduled for 6pm which meant a massive rush after work. Overall it was good but I wouldn't give up my gym membership for it.

Fab way to get fit. Central venue and clear of the sometimes unavoidable dog poo. You feel the burn! Trainers are experienced and knowledgeable and could keep training despite injury. They inspire you to push harder when you feel about to give up. Absolutely recommend these guys.

good boot camp sessions in the heart of london. very good deal with the Wahanda mobdeal. Great to exercise in the fresh air and with a group to push you when you're feeling lazy. I would recommend this and hope to continue. I went with a friend and we really had fun while working out.

Wow wow wow....I now realise what people mean by boot camp! Intense or what!! Great session, very motivating instructor, but very sore the day after!! I guess thats a good thing :D Highly recommend for fighting the post-xmas added weight and feeling a bit more happy in yourself for a hardcore workout! Would love to go regularly if I had the time :(
