Having been a regular gym goer for the last few years and had minimal results i joined fitbodybootcamp at the start of 2012. The student package is great value for money as there is so many classes per day you can always fit 1 or 2 in. The staff are always energetic, positive and extremely motivating and the classes vary everyday so nothing it is not repetitive or boring. It is a great atmosphere to work out in and the dietary tips which come along with the workouts make all the difference.

Big thanks to all the team :)

I was 13st 12lbs. I got breathless going up stairs, my knees and back ached with carrying the extra weight around. I was only 53 but felt like 73. It took making a positive move to change my job and my lifestyle that spurred me on the right road. I then decided to take positive steps toward losing weight and exercising. A healthy diet and regular exercise followed. Over a period of 8 months I lost two and a half stone. The exercise increased with momentum over this time from walking to jogging to running plus floor exercises with weights at home. These steps took sheer determination and a resilience that cannot be measured.
Having already lost two and a half stone I wanted to lose another one and a half stone to get to my target weight , but I seemed to have reached a plateau. My friend asked me to come along to fit body bootcamp. She had already joined with an online discount deal and she was able to refer me as a friend at a discounted rate for a one week trial. I went to that one week trial and I have never looked back since. I now have a yearly membership. I brought my determination and resilience with me to bootcamp.
The classes were really hard at first and my muscles ached for the first wee while. I pushed myself through the pain barrier and felt a sense of achievement and started to see good results after six weeks. The encouragement from Riccardo and Chris has really helped motivate me and I can’t thank them enough for that. The classes are great fun. I love the people who go and sharing experiences with them. The challenging exercise and the fun created by the instructors makes it a very friendly happy environment. I thoroughly enjoy this type of exercise and get a real thrill from it.
I now weight 9st 10lbs, I am a size 10 for the first time in my adult life. Most of all I feel I now deserve to be this way because I have worked hard. I have a more toned physique that I feel proud of and most of all I just feel great.
I won’t say I push myself 100% because I always think I can improve and want to keep trying. I always say I give it 95% in order to push myself a bit more each time. The whole experience of this bootcamp has been part of an emotional journey that has helped change my way of thinking. This journey has led to major life changes of mine and the transformation I have made has brought about positive changes to improve my life.
I will be applying next year to train as a fitness instructor. Your never too old to start afresh.

I always wanted to lose weight and get fit and I did manage to do it but slowly the pounds kept coming back on and that is when the motivation started to go right out the window! Although going to the gym every now and then was good, I started to get really bored of doing the same thing over and over again and it was quite lonely (husband went to the weight section whilst I would be in the cross trainer/running machine section). Soon, all motivation had gone and the clothes were slowly but surely getting tighter :(
I saw a deal for bootcamp and had seen it pop up time and time before. Each time I dismissed it. I was full of good intentions at the time and thought about purchasing it but then I would think, "could I really do this?" I always came up with the answer no! I thought my fitness levels would be so poor that I would just embarrass myself and hold back the rest of the class. When I seen the special offer pop up again just in time for losing weight for Xmas, I bought it there and then before I could back out again. I got the emails from Riccardo about starting and that was it. There was no hiding away now!!! So went along to my first class incredibly nervous. Had arrived a little late and had to go right down the front of the class - aarrghhh! HOWEVER, even after that first class, I felt a new me. I felt like I had gained a little control over me and never ever did I think that seven months down the line I would still be signed up to FBBC and going to classes near enough every day. I definitely get my money's worth whilst my gym membership is still running though I haven't been in a long, long time.
Classes are 30 mins long and you work your backside off!! You go at your own pace and the trainers are always available to help you with adjusting exercises to adapt to your capability. They will push you but its absolutely what you need! The classes run near enough all day Mon-Fri and there are 3 classes on a Saturday morning so it's great not having to stick to a certain time each week especially when a lot of us have busy work and family schedules!
The venue is lovely with 2 shower rooms and a unisex changing room (don't worry, there are private changing room sections for getting changed). Classes are really fun, that's right, I said fun! All the trainers bring their own type of madness to the classes and we do get a right good laugh. Fit body bootcamp has been a great place for me to get control over my fitness and body and has helped me learn about food nutrition at the same time. I have met lots of new friends from going to classes and I actually really enjoy working out now :)
Best things about FBBC? The trainers, the workouts, the variety of people that go to classes (its not all super fit and healthy people that go so your confidence is not knocked which was my biggest worry about signing up!). Honestly, go along and see for yourself or speak to Riccardo and learn more about it. You have to be ready to work hard to achieve the new you. If you are ready then I can assure you FBBC is what you have been waiting for. It has helped turn my life around and I am 100% certain it can do the same for you! Go team FBBC!!!!!

Being not exactly a fitness freak, I went along to this reluctantly with a friend. I thought I would feel out of place and was dreading the experience but I can honestly say I thought it was so good I signed up for more.

The classes cater for everyone and every fitness level. The instructors and encouraging and great fun. Don't get me wrong this isn't a walk in the park and you will find yourself at times asking why you signed up for this madness but its infectious and I guarantee you will be back for more.

If like me you are bored of the same routine and slogging your guts out at the gym and seeing little results for your efforts then this is for you. Short classes, maximum results but be prepared to sweat ;0)

I’ve been attending FitBody Bootcamp for a year now, and it’s the most intense, fun, friendly and rewarding exercise activity I have ever tried…

Riccardo has devised a winning concept which promises and delivers results. The encouragement and enthusiasm of Riccardo, Chris, Jamie and Claire is infectious and their nutritional advice and personal involvement is second to none. I’m the fittest I’ve been in 20 years and it’s all down to the FBBC program.

I would highly recommend FBBC to anyone...

You won't be allowed to lose motivation, in fact the only thing you will lose is weight….
