Have you been here?
I took up the offer on teeth whitening and my whole experience left me miserable. Dr Favero told me he didn't like to whiten teeth (er...why offer it then?) before spending an hour trying to "hard sell" me thousands of pounds worth of veneers which I didn't want. The only way to do this is by relentlessly criticising your teeth. This just makes you feel bad about yourself. He eventually allowed teeth whitening but had his assistant move the light onto my bottom teeth after five minutes so that the bottoms were whiter than the top. Presumably so I'd go back. I visited my own dear dentist who agreed that the whitening offer was probably a ruse to sell cosmetic dentistry. He agreed that I don't need it. Don't fall for it.

I wouldn't recommend going to this dentist if you just want to take up the offer of teeth whitening. He spends about an hour trying to persuade you to have thousands of pounds of veneers and cosmetic dentistry. Of the four previous reviews, two appear to be by the same person and all are about veneers so if this is what you want then go for a consultation but as with everything shop around and consult until you feel comfortable and are not being pushed into a corner. It's also more expensive than your own dentist (my is private and does cosmetic dentistry if I wanted it much cheaper, he also knows me and my dental history which seems safer to me). Bear in mind your appearance has to be criticized in order for you to be persuaded to have any cosmetic treatment and if you haven't gone out to seek such treatment this seems unethical.
