Lovely ladies, really friendly and chatty which put me at ease. And the treatments were good.
Could have done with a cup of non caffeine tea being offered or even water esp after the massage but nothing was offered. This is usually standard practice.
Please also have ingredients of facials and treatments listed for allergy and dietary purposes.
So knowing exactly what was in the massage oil- did it contain liquid paraffin or mineral oil or is it a natural oil??
the facials - are the products suitable for vegans? Do they contain liquid paraffin/mineral oil etc etc.
Are the nail polishes suitable for vegans?
None of this was known. And it needs to be for allergies, and product preferences. This was a little disconcerting.
Just this knowledge being freely available and offered and staff educated would have raised the professional standard of the salon.
The ladies are all so accommodating and lovely, it would be so great if they could know their brands and ingredients they work with and offer natural options.
