Nice staff, friendly. The venue was fairly clean, although could be cleaner. Rooms they use for waxing could do with some decor but good value for money.

Nice enough experience however the quality of the polish was poor. I think she was in a rush to do the next client that was waiting and so i ended up with a shoddy nail polish job for my manicure

I went for the second time for a pedicure. First time lasted for weeks so very happy. They did a great job this time too

The place is lovely and has a good ambience. The therapist was great...very professional. The facial was really good and the massage was good although the pressure was softer than i prefer.
As a new customer no one gave me an orientation so when I was pointed to go to the steam room I wasn't sure what happens in the room and for how long am I supposed to stay in the room for. The room had some empty bottles left by the previous customer and we're not removed before I went in. I was supposed to b served lunch by the facility by they didn't order it and didn't inform me until I asked when I was about to leave what happen to the lunch. Only then I got some long excuses but the long and short of it was that they didn't order my food and didn't become proactive in fixing it and it seems had I not asked, they were not going to say something which is wrong.

I went for a Hollywood waxing and the experience was very pleasant.
Even though it was painful for me the ladies working there were very careful and tried to ease the pain.
It was me 2nd time there and I would definitely be going back.
