Really disappointed on this occasion, nails was rushed and wasn’t given shape I asked for even though reiterating. Lady was lovely otherwise

Walked in and had to shout over the salon to tell the lady what treatment I was booked in for - she wouldn’t come over (could be a bit embarrassing for some people) then was taken downstairs by someone else who told me I needed to use niacinamide on my skin and that I should have my eyebrows done. Appreciate it was well meaning but commenting on someone’s spots when they haven’t asked for advice can be a bit off putting and I don’t think I’ll go back
