Both back massage and head massage were lovely, staff were also great, however the treatments combined were not 1hr long as described - it was actually closer to 40mins. Still well worth the £20 paid, but differed significantly as to what was advertised regarding the duration of the treatment.

I paid for an hour, got 45 mins. But otherwise, a good massage. Not the best, not the worst.
