The venue isn't great but the staff are warm and welcoming. They take care to make your stay in the small, bog standard place as pleasing as possible. The manicure was good - no moisturiser or massage of hands even for the full manicure but everything else was perfect. Good choice of colours.

Not very good. Had to wait 20 minutes to be seen despite my booking. Then went behind a tiny space separated by curtain. Wouldn't recommend. Staff pleasant though.

Tiny side-street venue which needs a clean! Underarm wax was very quick, pain free and for £6 was what I expected. Good place for a quick-fix/last minute appointment but I would not recommend for the personal or top experience.

I stumbled upon this place a couple of months ago and popped in for eyebrow threading. It's very cramped and rather shabby- I decided then that I wouldn't come here for anything that requires a better level of hygiene. Treatment was fine, eyebrows looked fine- definitely not a lux result, but then it wasn't a lux service, nor a lux price- £5.
Returned last night for the same treatment- a different employee who didn't ask how I wanted my brows, just sat me back and got to work. I stopped her and requested that my brows remain as thick as possible, but tidied and defined. After more pain than I'm used to, she asked me to have a look. Brows were uneven with plenty of stragglers still and no shape. I explained this and she got to work again- she also trimmed with scissors without asking, something I've never experienced. Some stragglers removed, but still no shape. I paid (£6 this time) and left, as felt things could go seriously wrong if I continued. This morning, for the first time after threading, I have red pinpricks around my brows and the shape, while not a disaster, is no better than I could attempt with five minutes and a pair of tweezers.
In conclusion, sketchy service, dependant on who you get, therapists who can technically thread but don't necessarily have skills to apply this to shaping brows.
I won't be taking a third chance.

This was a truely horrendous experience. I arrived to a shabby venue and was sat in what can only be described as a child's stool. My nails were then filed with a nail file rough enough to sand wood which succeeded in breaking and ruining my long nails. My nails were then painted with "shellac" and this didn't even come out as a colour. It was basically clear. My nails failed to dry in the UV light so I left with no manicure.

The venue was easy to find being just behind Oxford street. The place wasn't very fancy and was very small but my therapist did my eyebrow threading perfectly - she knew what she was doing and did not make my eyebrows thin. For the price and convenience of the location I would recommend.

I think this is a relatively new salon, it is quite small. It seemed like there was only one person working there (may have been the owner?) and she was nice and friendly. However, she did not do a very good job for my gel nails and when I went home saw the was residue on a few of my nails. Also got a full arm was here and it wasn't a clean job like others have done for me. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here.

The appointment was not in time. I had to wait 35 minutes.... others clients had the same problem . The waxing was good for my eyebrow.

My wife looked more beautiful, the owner of the shop took her time and even explained each step she took to do her eyebrow and why. As I waited and listened the shop is very pleasant to be in if you're waiting for someone

They were still in the process of refurbishing the place so in terms of ambiance it was difficult. Also the place is quite cosy so difficult to relax in

I went to Eye Treats about a month ago for an eyebrow wax and tint. Both were very well done, the shape and colour were perfect for my face shape and skin tone. The prices are really cheap too. I also received a loyalty card where the 7th treatment is free. I would 100% recommend for eyebrow wax and tint.

Experience was fine, but not great. Not the comfiest chair, awkward position for doing the nails, and uv machine had to be plugged in after I sat down so I was trapped in by the cord. Not bad at painting - especially as my nails are short the paint job was good. However, terrible cuticle work. wasn't going to soak them, didn't push back before cutting until I told her to, and then just poked at them with the sharp end of the cutter so that it really hurt.

Customers should bear in mind that they can only expect the service what they paid for. If some is only paid £22 for shellac manicure than how than can expect a full manicure and shellac paint. But still we did to make the customer happy and she gets more than she paid for!!
What the better some one can give them to make them 100% satisfied? we are here to do business not charity, i hope customer understand.

the lady who did my wax was very friendly but the cleanliness of the salon could be better. The wax though was good.
