It's generally okay, I use this venue because it's close to my work place and I can get it done quickly. Location is a bit awkward

She was in a rush to do my eyebrows. They didn't match each other now I'm having to use pencil to fill it in. It takes me ages to grow my eyebrows out. Not impressed!

I had half hand waxing and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I don't even know where to start, the venue is very very dirty (I don't even know how is this venue on Wahanda website, I had more expectation from this website), the staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional, she used for my hands (which are quite hairy, but obviously that's why I was there, to get rid of the hair) just 2 papers,at one moment the wax was so thick on the paper and she was still using it; the wax was too hot and on top of all she actually ripped my skin off, my hands look like I have psoriasis or something. But I guess you get what you paid for it, considering I paid just £11. The only reason I choose this venue it was because it was close to work and they had the available time I wanted. Do not be fooled by the profile picture, this place is filthy and disgusting.
I would definitely not go back there anymore and I DO NOT recommend it.

The place was filthy! She didn't put a fresh cover on the table, the previous one was ripped. There was dirt all over the floor, the bins were open, full of dirt and grime. There was no music or relaxation aids (full bright lighting). She stopped the massage to talk to a customer at the door - meaning I could be seen from the main road. My back was rubbed in circles for 20 mins instead of 30.
Manicure was fine, polish chipped a few mins after I left.
Facial was ok - no steaming or any relaxation aids. Sat in a hairdressers chair and, even though I had a band to cover my hair, I had mask in my hair (rather embarrassing as it was just off Oxford street and it had dried... Got some weird looks)
There was only one, heavily pregnant, lady in the shop who wasn't prepared for my appointment - I felt very uncomfortable when she had to stand on a stool to get products. She refused to let me help. Conversation was awkward and racially based, I didn't enjoy being asked my opinion about different races.
You get what you pay for but I definitely won't be back.

I visited this place as it was cheap and in central London for threading. The actual room is unkempt, smells of curry and dirty - standard for a threading parlour not located within a shopping mall though so that didn't surprise me much. The lady who did my threading was nice but to be honest screwed up my eyebrows. My eyebrows are thin and wispy and I came away with my right eyebrow a lot smaller than my left. I won't be going here again even if it is cheap. If you require just a clean up of eyebrows then this place will do.

Please never ever come here! They have absolutely destroyed my eyelashes. Stuck them together, and claimed it was my fault as my eyelashes face different ways. When she finished the first eye, i looked in the mirror to my horror saw all my individual eyelashes stuck together. The woman didnt even have proper eyelash tweezers, only one pair of eyebrow ones. Worst place ever.

Came here again for a quick underarm wax after work and was very pleased with the result, and even more thorough finish than normal- though they have always been quite quick and convenient.

Had the most dreadful experience ever.

The nail technician did not know how to remove shellac nail polish moreover she did not have foil at all in the whole salon so I could not even show it to her or so removal myself.

They did not have soap either!!! So it made me wonder about overall hygenity of the place

And it's not even the worst part

The technician painted only one nail and when I pointed out that I have paint on my skin around nail and would like it to be removed she said that she would not continue the treatment at all and kicked me out of the salon.

If you are looking for the worst experience ever that the place to visit

Just a very quite shop, very hard to find as it's in an alley way. Not the best waxing shop I've been to but I had to make do as I was in a hurry.

This is the worst shellac I've ever had! First of all, the shop is dirty (I was almost throwing up!) and hygiene is unknown to the owner. She is super unfriendly and impolite (she was talking on the phone all the time and chewing like crazy) I guess she hadn't done a manicure before. She did a mess on mi hands and tried to clean it with a pen...When I complained she said she had done a good job...actually the worst manicure in London! Don't ever go there!

I had a Manicure and Threading and awarded 4 stars - should be 3 for manicure as the polish only stays 2 days and 5 stars for Threading - it was on a Tuesday evening and the staff was really friendly

The lady is always lovely and threads my eyebrows to perfection. However, everything in the salon needs updating, it's not very considered or very welcoming. The manicure chair is like a bench with a pillow on top.

Been here a couple of times in a lunch break for an underarm wax- it's fine for a quick in out appt and very convenient and not too pricey! But both times I've been left with more sensitive skin than normal with.a few little grazes (because they work so quick?!) and it's pretty public with other staff/customers poking their head round the little curtain as there's usually only one staff member.

This was a horrible experience, which actually reduced me to tears. There was a complete lack of professionalism, and the venue was dirty

Very disappointing: the day of my appointment, the place was closed, three clients were waiting outside the venue, and no one answered the phone. Later in the day I called them again and finally someone answered and said that "Wahanda was supposed to notify" me about the closure for the day. I went in the next day and although the woman did a good job with threading, she was not apologetic or anything about the situation and said she could do nothing about it. Also, she was heavily pregnant and breathing very loudly on my face, which was quite uncomfortable as a client (she could have at least used a mask or something). Also, a few days after my threading I got small bumps on my upper lip, and I think that may be because the place seemed quite unsanitary. Furthermore, the venue didn't have a toilet.
Overall, very disappointed and I do not recommend.

Myself and a friend booked in for threading (lip and eyebrows) on Saturday morning. When we arrived there was no one there. We tried calling, and waited for half an hour. No one turned up. We went back the next day, and the lady was unapologetic. Threading was ok, bit painful but nothing major. Disappointed by lack of consideration.
