The treatment was shorter than listed on Treatwell, which is significant when it costs £80 to begin with. I was told I would be refunded for some of the cost because of this, and two weeks later they still haven’t sent the refund, despite me chasing. There’s lots of nice and professional salons to choose from in Didsbury, so I’d recommend going to a different one.
