Accidentally went to the wrong location but really friendly and helpful team managed to fit me in rather than rush over to the lapwing lane branch!

Had previously been to the East Dids salon for my eyebrows and had a wonderful tint. Tried to book the same person again but next appt was at West, so switched to there.
On the day it wasn't the same staff member but someone else who immediately suggested a wax. I said I wasn't sure as hadn't waxed my brows for years. Anyway she convinced me - a huge mistake.
I have severe scabs from where the wax broke the skin (both brows) and after less than a week then dye is almost gone. A huge waste.

Exhale Spa West has become my go-to salon in Manchester. The service is always lovely, the space is comfortable and the work is perfect. Everyone there shows a commitment to high quality work, and this is the only salon I have been going to for the last year or so. Highly reccommend.
