The experience was a bit odd- I was greeted with a few words and made to sit in the reception area for 15 minutes on my own. I am not too picky about this sort of stuff but the reception looked a bit dirty and not so well looked after (there was a bouquet of dry flowers hanging around, for instance, and it was a bit dusty). After the wait a therapist came to see me and without uttering a word guided me to the treatment room, which was a lot nicer than the reception to be fair, although they had a radio blasting through the entire treatment. Anyway, the facial itself was sort of ok but nothing too exceptional. The only great thing was the therapist itself who despite not saying a word (not even to explain what was going on or what was she putting on my face) had a very good relaxing and delicate touch. Still the blackhead extraction wasn't as thorough as I wanted. I can see a lot of potential for this place however considering the price (which by the way on the website is advertised as £60 but 50% off, however the leaflets on site say that it's £30!) I am not sure I would go again.
