I hadn't had a Brazilian in 3 months. It wasn't the fault of the staff, but it really hurt. Luckily, Nicole (the waxer) suggested finishing using hot wax. I hadn't known that hot wax was an option - and it was better after that. Beauty is pain after all.

Great facials, very friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy upstairs has a good variety of products and nice deals.
I will definitely come back and refer to my friends.

The venue was a little odd being under a pharmacy and not how the pictures showed.
However it was clean and calming and the staff were great. I've booked to go again.

I had a facial and a back facial and I find the beauty therapist did an excellent job and I felt very comfortable. I'd go again and would recommend it to others. Only downside is that it is a bit pricey, but with a Wahanda discount, things are actually affordable.

A nice, clean, quiet location situated in a great pharmacy selling many hard-to-find natural products. Friendly, professional therapist and staff. Quite a thorough pedicure but a little rough (some painful scrubbing and not enough care cutting cuticles - got a nick on my toe...). Also minimal time for drying polish and I got a few smudges when putting my sandals on, even though therapist said it would be fine. Good quality overall, though, and the colour has lasted really well.

Very sweet and accommodating team. Offered tea and water. Most importantly they use very good brands! I would come back.

im a local resident but have decided you get better value and decent service at boots or the garden pharmancy and whole foods. i purchased a shower gel today but changed my mind on the fragrance whilst still at point of sale. when i got home the new shower gel was 20p less in price. i understand thats not alot but i know retail and trading standards you shouldnt have something ticketed and not offer a refund for the difference. 1 the staff shouldve noticed 2 the pharmacist kept repeating that out of goodwill he had allowed me to select a different smelling shower gel from the same brand even though it was priced differently and i hadnt even left the shop yet so all still at point of sale. bad service bad value poor staff. lesson learnt.

Really useful. Received lots of interesting info. Went for a food allergy test. Was painless and very quick. Got a printout of foods that I can and shouldn't eat. Highly pleased.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this service, but nothing to write home about either. The treatment was exactly as described, but I found the facilities to be only acceptable, the therapist pleasant but a little too swift and abrasive. There was still a fair amount of rough skin on my feet afterwards, despite the treatment being fairly long. I was told that the therapist was covering for someone's holiday and didn't normally work there, so maybe that was a factor, as was the fact that I was her last appointment of the day. I wouldn't dissuade anyone from booking but not sure if I would return.

I used to be a regular visitor but then changed my job so have only recently decided to go back after some disappointing experiences at other salons. I had full-leg waxing and brazilian waxing (hot wax). Even though it is a little bit pricier than elsewhere, I do recommend this salon with no hesitation. It is great value for money. The therapist (Melissa) was great - I had never had brazilian waxing done before and it was not painful at all! The result was excellent and lasted a long time, my legs were still fine after 3 weeks. I will definitely start visiting regularly again even though I do not work or live in the area.
