Lovely relaxed day with great service and clean environment. Missing a jacuzzi but the rest of the facilities are excellent and the massage was superb!
Spa was nice and clean, however you had to walk through the swimming pool to get to the treatment room - it was wet - you could easily slip.
Once in the treatment room - I had an Indian head massage and foot massage. I could hear the other spa users in the pool screaming and talking loudly - this did not make the massage relaxing or enjoyable even though it was supposed to be relaxing
This was my first stay here and a surprise weekend getaway with my boyfriend and it was so lovely and relaxing with lovely professional staff and a lovely hotel we will definitely visit again soon, thank you 😊
Although I notified via pre-treatment form of my wheat allergy, the only oil provided had wheat germ in it. I found out after it was applied. There needs to be a choice of oils.
Cant fault the staff at all. They were all lovely and super helpful.
Food was delicious, especially loved all the breakfast options!!
Sleep was cozy, with blackout curtains.
