The hotel was lovely and clean - room was much better than other Holiday Inns.
The food at Caprice restaurant was very tasty.
The staff at Reception were friendly and helpful but the staff at the spa were a little bit moody. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were great but there wasn't a jacuzzi.
The hotel was really nice and clean, we had no problems with anything, the reception staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was the spa situation, we were a little late to one of our treatments and they were not able to give my friend a treatment even though they said the spa was not busy for treatments that day. There is not a jacuzzi which is a downside however the spa is open for a good amount of time and is aesthetically pleasing. Overall a very nice experience!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Brilliant massages and wonderful areas. I would only say if you wanted a treatment to book well in advance because they appear to fill up quickly. The friend I went with couldn’t get a longer treatment other than the 25min one included in the package. However she loved the sauna and the steam room so she was fine.
The food was very poor I've been 2 chicken shops with better for it took an hour and 20mins to get our main the potions are very small make sure u get side dishes our you will be hungry after spa is OK just like going to a leisure centre with a sauna and steam room
