A friend recommended Enzo when I was asking where to take my daughter for waxing. The recepcionist was very nice with us and both times the treatment fulfil our expectations. Last week I went to dye my hair, as well as before, I cannot fault the service. I was offered a coffee , and to my surprise, when they washed my hair I was given a fantastic head massage. I'm very pleased with them and the staff we have treated are very, very nice girls.

Had a 'cut and blow dry' at the here earlier today, i'm sorry but i really have to say it was the worst haircut i've ever had.
The girl did'nt really seem to listen or take on board that much what i wanted done, did a swift cut, and seemed preoccupied with trying to push a colour treatment that i had already said i didnt want.
Weirdest off all she finished the haircut having not even fully dried my hair, let alone made any effort to style it , ask if i wanted any product, see if I liked it etc etc , i.e the stuff hairdressers are meant to do!
I was pretty confused by what was going on at this point, and had already had to ask for more cutting, and generally felt like I was being rushed out (despite the general lack of other customers) so just cut my losses and left. Think they seriously need to look at staff training!
I had been recommended the place by a friend so I know not all the staff are like this, but definitely won't be going back!

I'm very very disappointed with the costumer service! And don't plan to go back again.
A couple of months ago I used Enzo's services just before going on holiday. When I called to book the appointment I was asked my card details. I wasn't told that it would be to process the payment immediately and I didn't ask, thinking that the details were taken just for the case I didn't show up (as there is a cancellation policy). On the day, when finished, I went to the cashier to pay. Everything went as I was expecting (unaware that the payment was taken when I called and it seems that on my records there was no note that the service was already paid!), the attendant took the payment. My surprise started when I was asked less amount of money as on the phone... £6 less! Felt puzzled and asked how much and was told the same (the £6 less). Paid with the card and left.
Still thinking about what happened, decided to check my bank extract... Was charged twice. Called the saloon and clarified the situation. Agreed that I would get a refund. Brilliant, felt assured that my rights were respected.
After my holiday, I went to get the refund (yes, I had to go in person to get the refund because of a mistake from their side, when they managed to charge my card over the phone). Once arrived explained my situation, the attendant checked my file and found the note to refund. It would have been all fine, until I asked how much I would be refunded... (I was hoping that it go smooth) but she told me the smaller number... I asked why. She answered: "because the second charge was a mistake from our side, so as a good gesture, as we never do refunds, we are willing to refund the second charge". I asked back: "why is it more expensive over the phone?", she told me that the second charge was wrongly calculated, the correct amount was the first charge. (Two mistakes that were not mine: charged me twice and wrong calculation on the second one!)
We stayed arguing with each other for a few minutes going around the some conversation without any proper answer... And that was just sad. As a client, I was expecting to be better treated and not having to argue and even less with someone with an attitude. Yes, the lady had an attitude. She's got some nerves to, when I decided to finish the conversation saying that my Sunday was already ruined having to go on purpose to get the refund and the that conversation wasn't getting me anywhere (giving her my card and basically agreeing to get the less amount), add the final touch saying "yes, this conversation is not getting us anywhere".
RIDICULOUS!!!, is the nicest word I can find.
I lost £6, had to go on purpose to correct a mistake from Enzo's side and, as if not enough, had to deal with someone who thinks owns all the reason in the world. I am the client, and expect to be treated with respect. I can only say that I will not visit Enzo Salons anymore. You lost a client because of £6 and an arrogant employee.

Had a VERY bad brazilian blowdry here (left hair dry with barely any noticeable change) and unfriendly staff didn't add to the experience. Avoid these amateurs at all costs.

I used to go here for the massage - which to date I think are good, But I haven't stepped into this salon after a very badly done Brazilian blow dry. I've had this treatment to know that it is not a straightening treatment, but it should make the hair look fuller and healthier. The hairdresser washed my hair and rough dried my hair before applying the treatment which STANK!!!! It smelt so bad that my eyes were watering (I have gotten it done before - and it smelt nice). the hair dresser then got someone to assist in applying the treatment and I complained as they were pulling my hair in two directions which HURT!!!! She then continued to apply alone and left me for a while before returning to the dry & Straightening it. My hair felt heavy and soiled after it all. I had to also enquire when I can wash - because they did NOT talk through the treatment before and didn't really care. When I washed my hair after 3 days (I looked really bad with oilyish hair I couldn't even tie because I didnt want kinks) and saw my hair was brittle and wavey after the treatment. I have naturally straight hair and now I had waves!!! I wasn't pleased and when I called them to get appointment to get it fixed I was told to speak to the manager - who was NEVER available when called. this place doesnt offer after care and are doing well for themselves to care about existing customers once payment is taken!!!!! Hate em...and Never going Back...AVOID!!!

I was looking foward to a well deserved facial. all was going reasonably well until the therapist filled both my eye sockets up with gloop telling me it would set solid and she will come back into the room when it was ready to pull away!!!!! i did not like the idea of it but she said it's too late now we cant do anything about it until it sets as it will damage your eyes if you open them and it cannot be removed at that stage.!!!!!
Knowing that every product stresses to keep away from eyes i totally panicked. My eye sockets were getting very heavy and feeling like concrete setting i could not open them.

I started to have a panic attack and the terapist got very annoyed. started to clean it off very harshly.I left the salon and a member of the public told me a had a dollop of white stuff in the middle of my cheek. I didn't care, i got out of there with my eyesight and that's what matters. would never go back nor recommend.

I was looking forward to Enzo Beauty, but my abiding memory is of misery! I sat on the waiting couch for ages after my appointment time; the pedicure fish got more attention that I did. Then I was taken back for my supposed "Dr. Irina Eris" facial, and was left shirtless in a cold room while they decided which operator was responsible for me. I looked at all the tubes and jars she used, and none of them was this more-expensive Dr. Irina range! Then, halfway through the treatment, another operator comes in a pulls a curtain across our room to divide it and use it for another person's treatment. I tried to block out the noise and relax, but the other woman's massage was so noisy and chatty that I wanted to cry. I expressed all of this to the manager, but all he cared about was my voucher and my tip. I would never return there if you PAID me!

Bought a "30 min parafin hand treatment + 60 min body massage" voucher through Groupon at Enzo. First of all, this is no "leading" salon. More like a little hole in the wall, very unkempt with the most rude receptionists.

The parafin treatment lasted like 2 mins and was mostly a joke.

Then without asking, not even telling me, they took me to a room that was barely big enough for 1 which i had to share with another lady who was having a nasty cough. The massage bed was tiny, unstable and creaked the whole time. So much for relaxation!

The only redeeming quality is the lady who gave me the massage. She smiled the whole time and really tried her best.

I must admit that after reading the reviews I had second thoughts of using my voucher for treatments here. Admittedly this is not the swankiest of spas, but I have to say that I had a fabulous time here. I had a facial (hydrating with a banana mask), hand parafin treatment and a go on the massage chair! My therapist was friendly and professional and the receptionist was too! Maybe they've taken note of past comments, but I have to say a good time was had by me :)

I agree with the other reviewers that the place is a bit shabby - not the usual high end experience I expect at the hairdressers - kiss fm blaring out and shoddy towels/ no soap in the bathroom - no nice head massage etc. all very basic - you definitely dont want to pay full price for anything here!

I got the brazilian blowdry deal from groupon for 40 quid - the girl Eva was lovely and did a great job with the treatment - really thorough and took her time (although I was the only person in the salon for 2 hours so maybe wouldnt have been the same on a busy day). Its a tough one, I like to feel pampered when I go to the hairdressers and this place feels too basic to leave you feeling that way. My second underwhelming booking with groupon - I am definitely reconsidering how good the deals are with them if its all just a comprimise on the standards usually expected....

Went here for a Brazilian Keratin blow dry treatment, having bought a Groupon offer. This was the worst hairdresser's experience I've ever had! When I arrived, I stood around for 15 minutes while the receptionist chatted away on the phone. There was actually someone in front of me as well, so by the time I was finally seen (and told to take a seat & wait), I'd lost half an hour on the parking meter.

A woman with red hair did my hair, she didn't speak a word of English which I don't have a problem with but she was also quite rude.

The shampoo was uncomfortable, no relaxing scalp massage as I'm used to at the hairdresser's. She dried my hair with a frayed, rough & ripped up towel, then I noticed that I had white bits at the front of my hair where she'd failed to rinse out the shampoo!

I was not given a cape to protect my clothing from the products used, then she walked off and started cutting someone else's hair while I sat there for 25 minutes with noone having offered me a magazine or a drink! Again, it wouldn't have been so bad if she'd have motioned to me that she'd be "ten minutes" or given me something to read!

Eventually another stylist came over to apply the product until the red-haired lady came back. I found her rude, rough and would have walked out, had I not previously paid upfront for the service. The other stylist reccomended a salt-free shampoo to maintain the style. I purchased the suggested shampoo, but when I got home I saw that it had chloride in it; in other words - salt! What a joke!

I would rather pay more and go elsewhere in future, as I am actually pretty horrified at my treatment here!

I went for a facial which I bought through Groupon. The deal was "£18 instead of £90 for an hour-long massage of your choice or a Dermika or Neoglis signature facial plus a paraffin hand treatment at Enzo Beauty". (I opted for the Neoglis facial with parrafin hand treatment).

Upon arrival, on a lazy Sunday afternoon, the place was absoloutely heaving. I was asked to fill in a form as a new customer and take a seat. Standard procedure except there was no where to sit! There was a large sofa in the middle of the busy hairdressing section but there was already more than enough people on it.

They gave me an enevelope full of interesting treatments and procedures that they have to offer with no price list included. I asked about one of the fat reducing procedures and told they were from about £150+ per treatment so my interest quickly faded.

As I waited patiently 15 minutes had passed before I was seen to and taken to a treatment room right next to the hairdressing section. The dance music from the hairdressing bit was very loud and didn't compliment the relaxing music playing in the treatment room. Infact I didn't feel relaxed at any point during my facial. The ambience was Enzo was enough to put me off ever coming back. Even the area between Acton and Ealing Common was a little shady, I can see why they need Groupon to get booming business!

Anyway the actual facial was spot on. I had a therapist who was in her second week at Enzo who was a really pleasant Northern girl called (I think) Rachael. She explained every step of the procedure well and we had a nice conversation.

I had never had a paraffin hand treatment before and can confirm I never will. Given that I'm a beauty product addict my hands are suffiecintly soft and smooth, this had no effect to benefit the conditions of my hands. It was an interesting experience none the less but I would never pay real money for it. I guess it would have been better if it was for my feet.

Anyway I only paid £18 so I was happy with that. They did try to flog me some cleaner and toner at the end but I use better more expensive stuff at home so didn't go for it. I didn't like feeling pressurised so again I won't be going back.

I live in South-East London,so it takes me quite a while to get to Enzo, but it is well worth it.This treatment was good and the theapist knowledgeable.
I have been back since and had a hot stone massage which was truly fantastic.
I will certainly visit Enzo again.

The staffs don't seem to know where to take me, I booked £39 for 2 hours treatment and was looking forward to be pampered and relaxed. But turned out to be big disappointment. The facial was actually only 10 mins the rest of the 45 mins i was put on mask unattended in the room. The beautician kept asking me what else in my booking, when I expected they should have known better than me, but I had to remind them?! The only good thing is the body massage but still it wasn't in full time. Most of the time I was there waiting! It is also in a hair saloon and I can hear people chatting outside, no way you can relax.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who are going there for relaxation. With that money, it is definitely not worth it.

Place was friendly and it is open anytime, I went on Sunday afternoon. But it’s a hairdresser shop so there isn’t much space for a suitable room. Just a place in the rear shop divided by a curtain to split the space in two.
Facial and back massages lasted less than stated. The beautician didn’t practice a Swedish massage, didn’t go deeply into it. Hands spa was really short and bit painful as the paraffin wax was hot.
It’s not a total complain but if I think at the price I paid for whole package I don’t feel to have got a real bargain.

This deal was amazing value, including a facial, massage and hand treatment. The facial was one of the best I have ever had. The Peel she used left my skin so soft and clear afterwards, I really noticed a difference. The massage was fantastic using some hot stones and relaxing massage tecniques. The hand treatment was different, coating my hand in hot wax which was also very relaxing. The therapist was very friendly and put me at ease. The only problem was that the salon is in quite a remote location but otherwise it was a fantastic deal and I would definately do it again.

The worst spa experience i have ever had, any where in the world! Had to share a treatment room with a complete stranger who was having a massage. Girls from the salon came in and out of the tiny room where tretments were being done 10 times! was so unprofessional! my 'massage' was a complete joke and was hot stones lightly rubbed on my back, my facial however was very good and had a lovely therapist who knew what she was doing. I felt very sorry for her to be working in such an environment. Have never had a bad experience with Wahanda before but wont book anymore treatments now i know you can be sent to such an unprofessional therapist.
