I booked this for my Mum as a Christmas present and she was over the moon with Emma. She felt more comfortable having the massage at home so this was perfect! Thanks a lot Emma my Mum said she felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the massage a lot :)

The app was relatively straightforward to book with.
However it's a marketplace and treatments given by independent therapist - can mean patchy service. My theapist on two occasions cancelled on me
1. First time was after 48 hours so I lost refund and was forced down the route of "credit note"
2. Second Was half about before treatment - so money already departed.
Whilst I'm confident the therapist will resolve refund and situation on her side sounded genuine - the overal experience from my perspective wasn't great. I dislike paying for service in advance as the owness is on the customer to resolve. There needs to be an option if therapist cancels the refund goes back to customer in method paid - not credit notes.

Emma is a very punctual and professional therapist. She is also friendly and approachable: the kind of person you can trust your body and pain.
After tried so many sports massage, acupunturist, etc., she got rid of my legs pain after a very tough rugby match and I felt so good for many days after.
I will book again all my treatments with her as she is with no doubt the best therapist I have ever met!
Would definitely recommend and would have again- really relaxing pregnancy massage left feeling amazing afterwards. Very professional and made to feel at ease , thank you
