Elemis is extremely overpriced for what you get. The place is run down. The showers look like school showers. And it was always so noisy. The reception area looks old. The relaxation room is set apart from the reception area with a CURTAIN. It was just not very pleasant for HK standards and what you're paying. The therapist was alright, but she was making comments throughout the treatment about my body which is such a big no-no in the spa world. Also, it was so noisy outside. Constant noise filtering through. Plus the prices they charge is the same as hotel spas with facilities that are 200x better. I would never go back.
