Facialist was nice but didn't do extraction as I asked so I had to steam my face when I got home. Also seemed to just want to sell products. The staff at reception were abut rude too. Real shame

I loved the atmosphere of the spa and the staff are lovely. The massage and treatment were okay.
I think what really put me off is the "hard sale" that you have to go through from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. After a nice treatment the last thing I want (unless I ask about it) is to feel almost forced to buy something..! Makes it quite awkward and un-relaxing. Why not give samples and if I like them I will come back rather than try and get me to spend straight away after paying very a lot for a treatment?! That just really soured the experience for me and means I will not be a repeat customer. I have heard of other complaining about the same thing and be the reason why they won't be coming back… shame as again lovely facility and staff.

I was 10 mins late so the therapist had to cut short the massage. Other than that the massage and facial were great. The only down side to this salon for me is that the treatment rooms are always very warm.

Good facial, the therapist was excellent. Shame about the leaking air conditioning that was dripping on me during me treatment.

As always very friendly staff but unfortunately the air conditioning was not working so the room was too warm which made for a less than ideal waxing experience.

Wonderful way to spend a rainy bank holiday morning. Excellent value on an off peak deal. My therapist Eva was superb. Took into consideration my skin type and adjusted the scrub slightly to suit. Elemis is a perfect retreat in the heart of Mayfair and due to the wonderfully indulgent therapies, welcoming ambience and attentive staff, I always look forward to going. Would definitely ask for Eva again.

Although there was a bit of messing about my booking before I arrived, once I was there the experience was great. The staff seem incredibly professional and I felt well looked after. The atmosphere was perfectly relaxing and crucially the scrub I went for {exotic lime and ginger} was fantastic.

The therapist - Eva - has fantastic! she was very welcoming and the technique for the body scrub was excellent. although it lasts only 30mins it felt like 2 hours! at the end of the treatment she prepared a nice tea and then run with me some of the products and gave me samples. No pressure to buy any of their products, although i did buy the scrub.
overall a very good experience and i would recommend it especially before sun holidays!

Pleasantly surprised by the lime and ginger body polish treatment. It was truly invigorating and detoxyfing. I left work feeling stressed and antsy but left the spa relaxed and refreshed. The therapist managed to not just polish my body clean (starts with a dry brush exfoliation which is highly effective for detox) but also made it a relaxing experience by infusing my body with beautiful smelling oils. I came out glowing and happy. Would definitely do it again.

I visit elemis quite often. I love ELEMIS. I usually get face and body sensation. This time i had the hot stone therapy.they are just too good.
The only thing i don't like is the attitude of staff on reception. They should be welcoming.

The venue is lovely and so are the staff. I wasn't sure about the merits of the sonic facial which I had, and would probably choose a more traditional facial next time.

I had a really good experience at this spa (face and body sensation) afew weeks ago, so went back for one of their Biotec facials.
Frankly, I did no see/feel much of a lift and it turns out you may need to book multiple treatments and use all their products in between to see results. More worrying however was the cleanliness of the place or lack of it (restroom), the delay of 20 minutes of the treatment from the booked time and the general chaos when clients wanted to pay their bills. It was anything but relaxing, I must say.

Very professional and pleasant staff members. I had Sonic Radiance Facial with Consultation and my therapist did a good job to treat my concerns. It is not cheap but it worked and is worth it! The spa is on a charming alley with many nice restaurants. The treatment room I used was on the 2nd floor, so if you do not want to walk up stairs, it may off put you.

Absolutely lovely place. Tucked away down a narrow little street so peaceful in the heart of Mayfair. Great staff who look after you while waiting (offer tea or smoothie, nice) and then beautiful treatment rooms and thorough, professional, friendly staff. Expensive but definitely a cut above.
