I really wanted to like this place but sadly it was all just one big mess. First when I got there they didn't actually have my booking made through Wahanda on record. Secondly no one in the salon filled me with confidence that they know what they are doing. Everyone seemed much more interested in talking to each other instead of attending to the clients. I have had permanent waves for over 3 years now and its the first time I felt uncomfortable in a salon while they are doing it. Sadly, this showed in the results. My hair was flat and lifeless and really dry. Two days later there was no curl, not even a kink close to the roots. Friends saw my 4 days afterwards and said there is absolutely no sign that looks like I have been to a salon. I am deeply disappointed especially since it costs an arm and a leg to get the waves plus a cut. I booked this salon because my usual place was a fully booked but there is absolutely no way I will return to Electric. Next time I will wait until I can find a slot at my current salon. Everything about my experience at Electric was a disappointment and I cannot recommend this place to anyone, not by a long shot. Please do your homework before just making a booking. Trust me, you will thank me.

After searching far and wide for a good hairdresser, I finally found Charlie at Electric. Honestly, I've spent so much money on bad cuts that it makes my accountant cry. With Charlie, you finally feel that someone seriously cares about your hair and your look. He's in it for the long haul with his clients. He has even sourced the best coffee and coffee grinder to make sure your whole experience is top quality. I wish my friend had told me about him sooner. i am trying to pass on the goodness...
