Booked for Hollywood and full leg wax. I was told when I arrived I had to pay an additional £45 on top of the £55 I paid when I booked because I was a first time customer. There was so much hair left which I only noticed when I left. Then I noticed burns on my skin after leaving my appointment. So disappointed with the overall service. Feels like I have been robbed by paying £100 for a service that was not done properly.
