Specifically booked neck, back and shoulders...she requested i remove all my clothes & spent great deal of time on legs & bottom half of body than specific requested...I've had much better massage than this & disappointingly still have stiff neck and shoulders...although i booked using treatwell, place had no idea of my booking & were not expecting me...they took video by mobile app on my phone...i booked at 2pm & got there about 1335pm, thinking i can relax but was bundled into room 5mins later
