Have been hear few times for my eye brows with roya before always leave happy. This was First time have had full face trending bit painful but worth it in the end. Roya was really patient with me and lovely as always. I will definitely be going back
I have been to this salon a few times and am always very happy with the haircut and blow dry. Will recommend to anyone.
I had the cleansing facial this time (first time i had the antiaging 90 min facial). It was lovely. Had a coffee when i arrived, then enjoyed Barbara's lovely facial and went home with a clean, well moisturized face. The place itself is lovely, a local hair dressers and beauty salon. Clean and tidy. the treatment room is a nice size as well. highly recommend.
I have been to Duchess to have a "Shellac Manicure and Pedicure": when I have actually got there, instead of Shellac the brand they used was actually Gelish: I know it has the same result, but I think they should call the treatment "Gelish Manicure and Pedicure", to be fair to the customers. The appointment I had chosen on the Wahanda website was actually not available (even though it was on Wahanda), so the therapist called me to move it back, but it clashed with another customer, but luckily they managed not to make me wait too long; I think though that they should update their availability on Wahanda more often and carefully, so that this does not happen again. Two therapists looked after me: a lady who did the foot scrub and the toes cut and file and another one who did the manicure and the Gelish on both my toes and fingers. I have to say I didn't enjoy the toes cut and file very much: my toes were actually filed "pointy" and I had to file them again when I got back home; which leads to my second complaint about my treatment: when I filed them at home, the gelish on some toes actually peeled off literally, and I had to "glue" it back on my nails with some top coat - nevertheless, after some days the polish "fell" anyway, and if you think I was on holiday and wearing sandals and open shoes all the time, I had to have a new pedicure while away because I was too conscious of my polish-less tips! The hands were ok - no polish falling off - but I think they should definitely have more colours in store (when I have visited, they had only 4 shades of Gelish!) Given my experience above, I am afraid I do not think I will go back to Duchess any time soon.

Roya is amazing at blow drying, she is one of the only people who can do a curly blow dry on me and it last all day. I highly recommend.
