Kausalae is very friendly and explained things as she was doing them, she lifted my lashes incredibly well and started my brows at the same time. We finished my brows in the main salon and the shape and colour is lovely, very happy with the result

Quick and friendly! :) I was in and out and each patch test was explained to me (I had brows and lashes)

Removal was done using a electric tool rather than soak off which was efficent but it hurt when the tool touched my skin which left a small scab on one finger. Hoever nail finish was good.
Owner and other staff member had a argument in front of clients which was awkward.
