Really unfortunate as the last facial
I had here was amazing, apparently with a temp. The beauty therapist this time seemed quite inexperienced and a little unprofessional - didn’t seem to know what she was doing with extractions, had to be asked to take make up off, didn’t use enough moisturiser/make up remover so it was uncomfortable at points. I would have thought for a deluxe facial they would prioritise their most experienced staff but clearly not.
Also when mentioning to the front desk I had paid already she wanted to ‘check that’ and came across a little rude.

It was my second time having a spray tan here, first time was great, second I was completely stained so it is hit and miss...
Relaxing treatment. I was a little bit cold in the space and had double blankets. I would have been more comfortable with a bolster under my feet and a heater. Other than that I’d recommend them.
