The treatment was amazing. I spent 10 minutes in the steam room and then went to the turkish bath. the therapist was great and the hammam left my skin soft and lgowy for days. My friend and I booked a follow up treatment right away.

Turkish Bath was amazing this was my first time experiencing this spa treatment, was very relaxing body & skin felt great! the spa rooms are beautiful, my therapist was lovely... my only fault with this place was the changing/dressing facilities...it was non existent! this was a shame! if they sorted appropriate changing area would be 10/10

I have made it my mission to try every hamman and Turkish Bath experience in London (someone has to do it!) and to date this has been my favourite. It really felt luxurious, and I glowed for days afterwards. As others have commented, things don't look great when you first walk in, but downstairs is surprisingly Tardis-like... with the exception of the changing facilities (you lost a star for that!). It was pretty hard to get undressed in near darkness in a decommissioned shower space. It was even harder to get dressed again after, when all sleepy and melty from the treatments. But the treatment rooms and steam room themselves are really lovely. Definitely going back.

My husband and I went to the Crystal Palace Spa to have a Turkish Bath and Deep Tissue Massage. We were delighted with the cleanliness and friendly staff. The Turkish Bath was very relaxing and we felt very pampered after the massage. I would higly recommend this spa and we look forward to going back very soon.

Me and my colleagues chose Crystal Palace Spa as a place for Christmas Party. We went there as a group. Can't help admitting how clean the spa is! After a change into cotton wraps our company had a good sweat in the steam room where the temperature was just right. We were led into marble rooms, where therapists exfoliated our skin and did full body massage with bubbles, which magically appeared from a traditional cotton bag! To finish up a full body mask was applied. We could chose from moroccan, coffee, or honey masks. Members of staff are friendly, polite and eager to assist. At the end of the session we had a nice chat in cosy relaxation area with a nice cup of turkish coffee... Could it be better???
Highly recommend to visit!
Thank you everyone at Crystal Palace Spa!

A real gem of a find! Having enjoyed a hammam in a 5 star hotel in Turkey, the standards were high for Crystal Spa to meet, and I must admit they were actually beat. The spa itself is attentively and lovelingly decorated as if everything from the mosaic tiles, gold plated taps to the intricately engraved water bowls were lifted straight out of a royal palace in Istanbul. The hammam was equally five-star, with several layers to it; scrubbing, cleansing, mud masks, massage. This venue and treatment will leave you feeling like a prince or princesss.

I always use this site to get money off beauty products etc. This was the first time I have visited an actual spa rather than a beauty therapist. I was a little bit worried as I didn't know what to expect but Im so glad I went. The spa was really nice and very clean, lovely atmosphere. I had a turkish bath and a deep tissue massage...........it was FANTASTIC. I have never felt so relaxed. I was quickly put at ease by a massage therapist called Ohan. He was very polite and explained all the different treatments to me. The massage was out of this world and at one point I think I may have dropped off to sleep, it was so relaxing. I would recomended this to everyone, I will defentley be going back as I have felt so much better and my skin is brillant since having this treatment.

I visited Crystal Palace Spa as a Christmas treat, and it was a treat indeed! To begin with I had a consultation with the nail technician, as I do not have a lot of time to look after my hands, she recommended me to get gel extensions. The lady was knit and tidy, very attentive and friendly. I've done a pedicure as well to complete the festive look.

I left salon with new nails and new attitude to myself - my hands looked lovely!

The place to be recommended! Thank you very much Crystal Palace Spa!

I was introduced to Crystal Palace by a friend as its stylists "understand" long hair. I had a hair cut and a curly styling. And imagine my surprise! I went out same evening and my hair still looked as if I just left the salon! Great job!
Overall: professional stylist, friendly and ready to help staff, salon is nicely designed (I loved the small TVs in mirrors!!!) I will be definitely coming back!

Crystal Palace Spa was a real find. I was run down, very tired and wanted to do something to perk up a little. The Turkish Hammam certainly did that! Don't be fooled by the size of the salon on the ground floor, it's amazing how cleverly room has been made for everything below ground level. First impressions are certainly not what they appear here.

I was so pleased that I was provided the necessary towels and a secure locker for my things. The steam room itself was just the right temperature (I'm Asian so I think I naturally enjoy the heat) and I was left to steam for just the right amount of time without being uncomfortable. After this, I was escorted by my therapist (Mariam, who was absolutely lovely) to a second room where I was bathed in lots of lovely hot water and exfoliated with a traditional glove. I was surprised that not much pressure was needed to loosen the dead layers of skin for removal, but the steam probably made it easier. My face was very gently exfoliated and I was surprised to not have dry skin when I left the spa, even though I didn't put any moisturiser on afterwards! After this I was massaged using traditional, floral-scented Turkish soap. I felt absolutely limp, relaxed and wonderfully clean. The treatment ended with a full body mask that really helped to refresh and soften the skin.

Once I was dressed, my therapist was very courteous and offered me tea from a nice selection, and refreshment. The staff were so professional and polite, which I wasn't entirely expecting given that I think I was one of the first appointments of the day! I would highly recommend Crystal Palace Spa for anyone who wanted an authentic hammam experience without bursting the bank.

Was introduced to Crystal Palace Spa by my mother and went there for a sculpture gel infill. Can't complain, their technician is a very experienced specialist.

Can't help mentioning their cappuccino, a drink of restaurant quality!!

Will be definitely coming back to Crystal Palace!

It was my first Hammam, definitely a unique way of doing spa. Very helpful staff, before going to Hammam I had a consultation and I was recommended a deep tissue massage as well to release the muscular stress.

Thank you everyone @ Crystal Palace Spa!

My first time experience. Friendly and helpful staff. I was recommended a Kerastase treatment, which transformed my hair, made it really shiny and looking healthy. Stylist done a good job as well. I left the salon completely satisfied! Will be definitely coming back!

Sylist did a ok job on my hair but you get what you pay for and they are quite cheap....

I Do agree that salon is full of lots staff or friends of staff who dont seem to be doing anything and it does feel intimidating when your are the only customer. One member of staff made cup of tea and didnt even offer me one.

Dont go here for infills! -Poor quality and time consuming!

I had infills done at Crystal Spa that took...wait for it......an hour and a half!!!!! Ive been having my nails done for four years and this is the longest its ever taken ! One of the nails came off only the NEXT DAY and the rest came off within a week! I went to another shop to have them redone and they actually asked me where I had got them done as they were done so badly!

The shop is full of people/staff doing nothing. I was one of two customers and I counted 9 members of staff either sitting and chatting or smoking outside.

Let me disagree with this review. I do my infills there too, they do not come off, their nail technician is a professional lady, who does her job very well. If that would happen to me, I would initially go to Crystal Palace and complain to the Manager.

I disagree as well that staff is doing nothing. This salon is always busy, so are people who work there. I've been their customer since the opening, and as far as I know they have 5 members of staff upstairs...

Its fasinating that less than an hour after writing this comment you have also commented ......very obviously a member of staff.

What is obvious to me is that you are not a customer of theirs. If your nail came off the next day, why didn't you go there to redo your nails next day? Another thing obvious is that someone asked you to write a bad review.

Dear Clare, thank you for defending, but WE CAN SPEK FOR OURSELVES. Phroski, you have never been inside Crystal Palace. If you were there, you would never let yourself write anything like this! Anyway, we invite you for a free infill if you can prove that you've been in Crystal Palace before.

Hilarious that you "think you know" i have never been there, Im very honest and I simply feel that I received a bad service. Clare Jones- get a life, you may be sad enough to write reveiws for others but im nearly 40 years old..., Crystal Palace-I was there when you had the new nail colours delivered in november so there you go..I have been there! and Id like to decline your offer thank you, if last time is anything to go by i'd only end up in the nail shop next to Marylebone station getting them fixed.

Very glad visiting a new Turkish Bath in London, this is really the best in its authenticity and comfort of its facilities. Crystal Palace has achieved the highest end in architecture and managed to put an original marble wet room, a Moroccan bath room and a separate steam room together under one roof. Depending on your level of your heartbeat you can enjoy different levels of temperature and humidity.

Orhan, one of the best head hamam therapists in London is delivering the original Turkish / Ottoman ritual he learned from his mother for generations. It is just completing the experience to a truly Istanbul journey. Must be taken !

I've visited Crystal Palace Spa right away after the opening and became their regular customer. There is no place compared to their spa, fantastic design, a true urban oasis in the middle of Marylebone.

Friendly, professional and hardworking staff, fantastic atmosphere and 10 out of 10 experience!

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Crystal Palace Spa.

I went there for Turkish Hammam Experience with my partner. Great marble decoration and facilities, the place is nicely assembled and surprisingly clean. They provide almost everything required for the treatments, we had not to carry anything apart from swim suits. Very attentive and professional therapists.

Overall experience was great, would be coming back any time soon!

Phoned this spa to book a haircut after walking past and thinking it looked nice. The receptionist was rude and when I questioned the price of the haircut- ie is it less for short hair, wet cut, trim I was told bluntly that it was one price. Im still confused about that. She sounded like she didnt care and because of that I decided not to book and give them my money! Completely agreed with the bad customer service reviews on here!
