The staff were absolutely lovely and I had a great experience all round. The hair masque made my hair very shiny and soft. And the blow dry was great. They even accommodated my 8 year old step son - making him feel very at home with juice and biscuits!

The Salon staff were all very friendly and tea, coffee and biscuits were on tap during the three hour treatment. The treatment was applied well and the therapist took the time to explain what she was doing at the various stages. I've had the Brazilian blow dry before but I have to say that this treatment worked the best. My hair is super soft, silky and in amazing condition. I will be going back and my sister has already booked to go now that she's seen the results. Well worth it!!

Good experience overall, no complaints! went for a full body Deep Tissue Massage and the lady was brilliant - She really knew how to work the pressure on the tense areas onn my back! i have quiet a stressful job and have always had problems with it- I'm so glad to have found such a great masseuse and a lovely salon - I will be a regular there.

I attended the salon - there were no other customers in the salon. I was taken to the treatment room and I booked an Guinot aromatic facial followed by a back massage. My treatment was mid way through when some member of staff came into the treatment room - I had things covering my eyes so could not see what was happening and i found this very intrusive and disturbing There seemed to be lots of background noise - people going up and down stairs and banging around - also not very relaxing. When i asked the therapist what was in the mask - she replied 'plants' and had no in-depth knowledge of the products - this was disappointing. Otherwise she was able to apply to a good standard, she was not able to advise me on my skin - only repeated what I had told her - which was not very helpful or did it show much experience. Once the facial was completed I had to move to another room for the massage - which was cold - so this was not nice. The massage was good and the whole thing was good value - but many improvements would have made it a better experience. I would not go back.

Ellipse IPL hair removal is great I would recommend anyone who is fed up of having unwanted hair.
Ladies stop wasting time and money on waxing, shaving, epilating etc and try ellipse IPL at crown h and b spa.
It really is worth the money don't be fooled for the cheap deals you get for laser treatments, results are not long lasting! talking from experience.
I loved everything about crown h and spa very happy with their service will be recommending the place to all my friends and family.
