Staff member was welcoming and warm. Wax was fairly pain-free, and results were generally smooth. A few sections were missed, but overall I was satisfied with the appointment.

The main salon is a lovely, bright and airy space. The receptionist was very welcoming as was the woman who did my threading when she came to greet me. The treatment rooms are downstairs in a somewhat more crowded and not so intimate space, although everything was very clean. The threading was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. My brows turned out a little thicker than I liked, but some people prefer them that way. All in all, excellent value, lovely staff.

quite nice experience with reasonable price, only 10 pounds for threading compares to the normal 15-20 ones, will try more of their service next time:)

Wonderful personalized service and a great end result. I was warmly welcomed and the threading was thorough and professionally done. The only drawback is that I did not appreciate the repeated suggestions to buy more services.
