Went to Colabella for the first time over Christmas as I saw them on the internet. I booked a wash and cut and style. My stylist was called Kirsty and the first thing she did was have a good chat to me about exactly what I wanted which was very reassuring because I have had instances before where I don't get exactly what I want. The other nice thing was that she recommended what products I should use to keep the style which was helpful.
I can genuinely say that I was really happy with the result, I bounced out the salon pleased and feeling good. Very friendly salon and fairly priced for the great service you receive- would definitely recommend this to anyone!
First visit to colabella...Really nice friendly and very clean salon. Most important i am so happy with my hair cut and colour..very good advice on products and after care as well.. thank you so much everyone was very helpful. Will certainly be back soon
found colabella hair & beauty on internet. It was not that close to me but the telephone conversation i had when i called made me feel that i would be visiting a very professional salon.
I was booked in with anna the salon owner. I had exeptional cut and service and also she is a mind of information on nutrition which i found very helpful with the medical condition i have. Even though i was booked for hair and not nutrition which she explained she also does, she printed off several food help sheets for me. I thought this was really nice.
The salon itself is not in city centre but that did not mattter as it was well set out, clean...very clean and great customer service. I would highly recomend this salon.

I had an appointment in the Wolverhampton branch and had informed the staff member that I was in a rush. The service I received was brilliant. I had two staff members blow drying my hair as I was rushed for time.
The service in general was exceptional and I'd definitely recommend this hair salon!
Anna, the manager, was also great. I spoke to her on the phone to book my appointment and she made sure I was seen straight away.
What a wonderful salon!! My daughter and I visited the salon today and we were overwhelmed by the professionalism, dedication, friendliness and commitment of each member of staff there!!!!! First class treatment in every respect. The owner Anna I can only describe as a amazing!!!!!!! Her knowledge of the hairdressing business, her expertise and her attention to detail, I can only describe as exceptional, We will definitely be visiting this fabulous salon again, Godwilling, and would recommend it to everyone! Outstanding treatment in everway!!
