I like to encourage a friendly relationship with my clients - as human beings we need a sense of social belonging. I take the time to know my clients by asking going through consultations, asking about their expectations of the treatment they will be having with me and listening to their needs and desires. I follow through my services by giving essential after-care advice to ensure my client understands the treatment she is having and how she can maintain it at home. This means that they can thoroughly relax in my presence. To become a successful Beauty Therapist requires a commitment; to my clients, to the profession, and to me. Following my studies in diploma city & guilds NVQ’s Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy, I have opened my new beauty business from my home and I will strive to make it as successful as it can be.
