I’m been served by other staff instead of May that day and he was definitely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable whole time. That day was crowded and so many people waiting even got apportionments, I think why he was rushing to complete his job in order to take another appointment. If you are not managed to serve those people on time then please be more professional to provide more better service in the future.
The fact that the service was not provided as described: should have been full manicure lasting up to 1 h 45 min and instead my mom was out in 35 min; and that salon as well as treatwell itself refuse to refund for not meeting expectations is unbelievable.
