I agree with the review from "beautyworld." Don't bother wasting your time or money. I would not go there again even for free.

A teriible experience, would not even go back for free treatments. Dirty, unhygenic, toilet in a store cupboard, stained, no toilet paper or towels. Very very cold, dirty duvets as treatment beds. Unqulaified staff, treatment's done quickly, unprofessionally. No customer service, staff talk loudly about customers behind their backs, personal treatment rooms have curtains across so whole salon can hear hair removal, botox, lipo etc. Manager is rude, clothes dirty, eats fried food at the desk, doesnt wash hands or wash equipment. Floor thick with dirt, hairs.
Treatments are done on the cheap with no thought to customer satisfaction. Customers made to wait hours, or charged too much. Handles cash only, which says it all and uses text message to tell you your appoinment is moved or cancelled rather than phone.

Avoid at all costs, possible the worst salon around for hygiene, customer care and professionalism.
No refund was offered and follow up appoinmenmt when i complained being dissatisfied as i paid for a service and was given something cheaper and totally different.
I will never ever go back, not even if the treatments were free. Read all the reviews surely we can help people not having to go through such a dreadful ordeal. The rate me section would not allow me to put terrible!!!!!!!!!!

The salon itself is dusty and none to clean, the ambience is none existence and the staff were very rude when they
said i had been undercharged i explained i was not told of the charge at the time so they texted me later and said make sure you bring the 10 pound next time, sadly there will be no next time as i forfieted the rest of the course, not to be recommended.

1st contacted salon as was thinking as buying a groupon deal & wanted to have treatments same day, was advised not to buy the deal they would honour the offer & I was seen within the hour.

Been to the salon many times since & I'm always impressed with their professionalism,friendliness & willingness to fit me in around my work hours.

I'm planning on visiting at least once a month for a facial nails balance & shellac wouldn't trust anyone else to give me the same brilliant experience as I get when I visit Clinica Beauty :)

Unfortunately I have visited clinica twice. I bought myself and my sister a groupon voucher last christmas. My first difficulty was trying to book an appointment and we had to wait several weeks before being able to attend on a Saturday. I was then told that the treatments were tasters and not full treatments which was not made clear when purchasing the voucher. In order to upgrade to a proper facial I had to pay an extra £12 each (which I did and they were still unsatisfactory). During our visit the manager was rude and hostile. She is clearly not happy about people redeeeming groupon vouchers and makes people feel as uncomfortable as possible. This was very disappointing as I had wanted to treat my sister and it certainly did not feel like a treat. The salon is grubby and there is no atmosphere. The manager couldn't wait to get rid of us. The whole experience was completely awful. Following this my friend bought me a voucher for my birthday. I booked an appointment and again had to wait approximately one month due to needing to go on a Saturday. I then had to rearrange and when I turned up apparently it was my fault that i hadn't informed her it was groupon (although I had for my original appointment) The manager again was very rude and told she had "turned away paying customers". I had also forfeited one of the treatments so I could have a french polish pedicure. I had one treatment instead of the purchased two! I would never go here again. I was made to feel terrible and the whole point of these treatments is to make you feel better. The customer service is appalling!

Really wouldn't recommend this place at all and wish I had read the previous reviews before going. The level of customer service is shocking and the owner of this place is incredibly rude and aggressive. I witnessed this when I went to this salon for an appointment. I saw someone complaining about an appointment charge and the staff member thought it would be a good idea to argue in front of customers. I have never seen something like that at a salon before and I have to admit it was very off putting. The whole place appeared very chaotic and unprofessional. There seemed to be one staff member who was doing all the treatments and one receptionist who seemed to not have a clue what she was doing as she kept asking the other staff member for help with everything. My microdermabrasion treatment was done with a machine which appeared to be similar to those used for home treatments and not something I would have expected from a salon. Also the creams applied again seemed very cheap. The treatment itself (thankfully) didnt last very long but I felt very uncomfortable all the way through as they make you lie in a bed with a duvet on top which doesnt even appear very clean. Even though I had a voucher for more than one treatment (given by a friend as a present) I wouldn't go there again.

Absolutely diabolical customer service from the manager. No etiquette or customer value at all. We purchased 3 Groupon vouchers and only 1 of them was redeemed. Manager seemed like she just wasn't interested in doing the treatments. Maybe because my mum and aunty had difficulty with talking in English? I'm not too sure. When I called up and said the customer service was horrible, manager just said 'let's just cancel these treatments and I'll call you back about refunding.' How on Earth this woman thinks that's customer service, is beyond me. My mum and aunty are so upset with how they have been treated. Contacting Groupon too as I use them a lot and cannot believe they sell vouchers for such diabolical places!

Incredibly rude and aggressive service from the manager at the start which made the entire experience unpleasant. Further to this I had shellac applied and it has lifted within a week. My friend bought Groupon vouchers for a present for my friend and I however one of the vouchers did not redeem correctly. Despite my friend getting in touch with Groupon and them telling her there was nothing wrong with the voucher code and it was the salon's responsibility to sort it out with their Groupon manager which they didn't and instead bullied my friend into paying again. Horrible customer service. Avoid.

I have had my 5th visit to the Salon. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. Treatment was explained to me thoroughly and I, for one, am pleased with their expertise and friendliness. I would definitely recommend Clinica.
