Fraudulent scamsters.
They do not hold a license to practise.
They say that they have electrical faults but they operate through the back door.
They close business and change owners so they can get away with malpractice.

LADIES (and gents!!) - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I am not one to ever complain but when a place is this bad, I had no choice. On first entering this clinic, the Turkish receptionist lady didn't acknowledge me but just continued texting on her mobile, and taking private calls, as well as even filing her nails at the desk. Usually staff welcome their customers and communicate. Patch test was okay, so I naively thought that it would be okay regardless of the appalling initial customer service and their own language being spoken between themselves.

When I told the rude receptionist the laser hair removal deal I had bought and what it included, she denied it and changed it, saying that the website deal had been a mistake, and that it only included one of your legs, and I would have to pay extra if I wanted my BOTH of my legs lasered. Who would only want 1 leg lasered? When I asked for a price list, she said they didn't have one, and I noticed that she just created a figure in her hair when I asked how much I should pay for certain target areas.

In my first actual laser session, a lady who knew hardly any English was doing the laser hair removal. Before I had any time to ask questions she asked me to take off my clothes and sit down - I kept asking questions about the laser machine, level/heat setting it was on against my skin tone, qualifications... and there was no contract to sign. She started the lasering at such a high level that I was almost screaming with pain and asked her to stop but she wouldn't; she just said it was normal and she kept smiling at me. Most humane people would stop if the customer was almost crying from the pain, and adjust the level. I hated it but through desperation to remove my hair, and for the crazily cheap price they offered I returned for a 2nd time 6 weeks later, and had another lady doing the treatment this time who was much more pleasant, and informed me the previous lady had the setting almost 8 numbers too high on my skin tone when I told her what I'd had previously done on my skin.

In the last few weeks, the laser had electrical problems apparently, and I had travelled over 60 miles, then sat 1.5 hours in traffic getting in to north London only to turn up and see all the lights off. I managed to get through eventually when the call had diverted and recognised the usual receptionists voice who reluctantly answered. When I asked her why the clinic was closed, she said they had sent a TEXT message or call to everyone. I had received nothing! When I told her, she became angry and told me to stop blaming her. I told her the booking system on the A4 diary was rubbish and disorganised, and that they should electronically have clients' details on a system, and she hung up on me. I called her back but she ignored so kept trying, then finally she picked up - she did not apologise once and took no regard for any of her actions. If she had just said they made a mistake and may have accidentally missed finding my name amongst a million words on a piece of paper I may have felt better, but she blamed me saying I must have given them the wrong number.......

I know from previous reviewers that this place won't give money back , and that trying to re-book may take months which can disturb the whole treatment anyway- I had only been re-booking because I had paid for it in advance and was hoping to complete treatments while ignoring their awful customer service. But this has now gone too far, I will be reporting them to the appropriate people, and will inform groupon and living social that this place is a scam so hopefully myclinica won't be able to trick any more people.

Also, this clinic needs a hygiene inspection, there were hairs on the bench I was having treatment, the ladies were not wearing gloves when lasering around intimate areas, and I highly doubt whether they were washing the laser machine heads between treatment - who knows what infection they can spread between customers. When I asked about having some cooling gel they said they didn't have any, again no apology.

I apologise for the long review but I urge you to have concisely and thoroughly read it all, only those who are friends with staff or know nothing about customer service would appreciate this place, it is dirty, unqualified, rude, poorly managed, and a disgrace to be on our streets. The next time it is closed for a period of time will hopefully be when it has been closed down by the authorities for good.

Even though I know they won't refund us all (they wouldn't have been able to keep a track of their customers anyway). From now on, pay more & get the customer service and a qualified, safe treatment that you would never get at this place.

I wish you all good luck in finding a reputable clinic :)

They offer a very economic product, but also the worst service ever, they cancel your appointments just half an hour before, or you can just disappear from the reservation book, If you decide get any service on this place, you will need to be very patient because they will play with you.

ITS A SCAM, PLEASE DONT BUY!
I know all you desperate ladies looking to be hair free (like me) have seen this amazing cheap deal & thought omg I have to buy this, please DONT! you will not be getting what you pay for.

my experience- bought this in October, phone lines are always busy so couldnt get through for about 3 days (I called throughout the day) when she picked up she didnt understand anything, was asking someone else questions. I just wanted to book a patch test, this was booked for a month later! On patch test day I waited 20 mins for what takes 5 mins. Then tried to book first session I was told its full for next few months & to call them to check for cancellations. It took 4 days to get through on phone, got appointment for 6 weeks later. When I turned up for this they said I didnt have booking & that I obviously got it wrong! I confirmed this twice on phone & still they all ganged up on me at reception and said well you should have asked properly & made sure you got the right day or at least take the persons name. The most rudest staff work there, no manners or customer service skills. I was re-booked for another month later. The session was a bit painful but ok overall. I was given 2nd appointment for 2 months later as no time available. there is no point having laser if you have to wait such a long time in between treatments as it will not be effective. The 2nd appointment was for a few days ago, but 1 day before I was sent a message saying they have electrical problems & they will call me. I received no calls so called them today, she booked me for end of May even though she doesn't know when the problem will be fixed!

Also their booking system is a mess, they use 5 different notepads to write down bookings & confuse themselves as they can never find peoples bookings. I have seen plenty of customers fuming in there. The staff seem like they are unqualified & bought in on the cheap to perform laser treatment. I asked a few questions & the lady said she doesn't know & these were basic questions. I was told to ask the receptionist!

The nasty Turkish woman who thinks she is the boss is sooo rude, doesnt apologise, refuses to give refund, lies about everything, they all speak their own language around you & only treat turks with courtesy. This is not what I paid for! I feel like I have gone to Bulgaria to pay for a cheap treatment every time I walk in there. Its awful & this should not be allowed. They are still taking money from people & taking bookings even though there is no working machine! With a backlog of customers & new ones too, you will be lucky if you ever get a session! Hold on to your money, save up & go somewhere decent so that you'll be hair free by the end of the year. If you pay for this just coz its cheap, you will regret it. You dont get what you pay for.

If you are happy to wait 3 months in between treatment then go ahead & buy it, but this is a waste of money as your hair will grow back even after 6 sessions! I now need to take this further to get my money back as they have stolen hundreds of my savings & refuse to give it back!

READ THIS if you are thinking about making an appointment with CLINIC A. Terrible experience. Worse service ever. Don't waste your time, please!!

After booking an appointment with more than one month in advance, swapping shift at work (with long faces as consequence, of course) and coming from south London (taking bus-national rail-tube-bus to get there) I got to Clinic A with kind of excitement because finally I could have my laser session. When I told the receptionist that I had an appointment, she answered almost laughing "that's impossible, all the appointments have been cancelled, we have texted you", I checked my telephone.. NOTHING, I explained the receptionist... NOTHING, NO APOLOGY, NOTHING, she said she did not remember if she texted me because she sent a lot of messages and just offered me an appointment for the next month. Thanks, but NO.
I know that the prices they have are very good, but please do not waste your time it does not worth it if you are going to be treated as if you, your money and your respect mean nothing for them. Please, just look for a place where, at least, they are sorry for wasting your time and money because of their uselessness.

I went for a patch test and had my first appointment booked for two weeks after because fully booked.

The day of the appointment they refused to carry out the treatment saying my legs were dark and tanned (last time I was exposed to the sun was 6 weeks prior the appointment which I read, is enough time). They rescheduled it for another 8 weeks after - They should have assessed this during the patch test instead of sending me home on the day of the appointment.

I tried to reschedule my 'so awaited' first appointment 2 weeks before because of travel arrangements and they were fully booked for the next 2 months. I decided to keep it. The day of my appointment I received a call saying that it was cancelled due to electrical problems to the machine. After a huge complaint I had it postponed by 45 minutes on the same day. Wasn't the machine broken?

My first treatment lasted 1 exact hour which I found out it is not enough time for legs and buttocks - it should be between 2-2 and a half hrs.

Booking my second appointment I found out they were fully booked for the next two months - The treatment should be done every 4-6 weeks. I managed to have it booked after 6 weeks, they squeezed me in on a bank holiday asking to call to confirm it since the clinic may be closed on the day. (???)
The same day I asked to have my third appointment booked in to have the correct 4-6 weeks between tretaments, answer? 'We cannot do that'. No explanation. - They have no idea on how to manage a diary.

It is now 14 days before my second appointment and I just called to have it confirmed. The line was bad, the woman could not understand what I was trying to say and as a result I had the phone hanged up on me. The phone it's been busy since then.

I only had one treatment for now and I cannot say how efficacious it is. For what I have seen until now it seems the laser really works. However I do not know how to put words together to express the overall experience. And I really just started. It's 5 treatments ahead. What should I be going about this???

Patch test Oct 2013- first appointment Nov which Clinica cancelled approx 1 hr before due because of problem with machine. Had to wait till Feb for next available appointment. Arrived in plenty of time kept waiting 20 mins. Treatment was fine but found out when booking next appointment shoud have been booked in for 45 mins not 30 as not long enough. 2nd appointment due 2nd April got text message on 31st Mar from Clinica appointment has been cancelled as have electrical issues. ( eading other reviews from numerous sites this is not an uncommon issue for them) Spoke to Receptionist ( recognised her voice from previous visits and she is the woman that seems to be in charge) to discuss why cancelled again and when would I be liable to get another appointment. I then advised I would like a refund has how effective can the treatment be if not in the recommended timescales of up to 8 wks ( this is max no). Got told they have no refund policy and the Manager is in Turkey till 21st April and only he is able to make a decision/policy. Told them I shall be speaking to Trading Standard's as they are not giving me the service I paid good money for. Shall be contacting relevant parties to find out what my legal position is and also waiting to see if Clinica do ring me to book another appointment as they advised in the cancelation text - won't be holding my breath !!!!!

I am completely in the same position where I will be seeing what I can do from legal perspective. On reading the older reviews on this website which appear to be quite positive, I can only put that down to them writing the reviews themselves, or bribing customers or family members to write them, nobody could possibly have a good experience with this place! After travelling for hours I saw the clinic shut without any call or text to inform me of my cancelled appointment, the receptionist lady who answered from wherever she was then shouted at me and hung up, taking no responsibility. And nothing is followed through - was left standing in that horrible congested road with no explanation - this place NEEDS to be shut down, I will do everything in my power to get this place investigated!

I have not yet done the treatment, the pach test was okay.
My first appointment was scheduled tomorrow, but got a text this morning, saying the machine is broken, need to get rescheduled.

Hi had my first appointment cancelled back in Nov which they cancelled due to electrical problems - had to wait 8 weeks for another appointment which did happen back in Feb. My second appointment was due in a couple of days and just received text today 31st March that been cancelled due to electrical problems... they appear to have alot of electrical issues ???
Rung them and got some guy saying they will call you ???

Soprano laser treatment is very effective. Friendly staff, clean venue and very good value for money. I've recommended it to all my friends.

I am around 2 years now costumer of clinic A. I am really happy because I am very dark skin and for first time I have no problems but amazing results with laser. I have done underarms, bikini and full face and the results are amazing.
I paid only 250 for all of this. Now I want to try the LPG. I highly reccomend this place and there is always a very nice smily lady there that can help you with everything , her name is Seval.

It is great value, and a great treatment. It works wonderfully. I highly recommend. It is practically painless, just feels quite hot but not too unpleasant.

I go here to get done laser hair removal and already had 3 sessions and my hair is nearly finished I'm very pleased and for this extremely low price is just great!

I had 5 session full legs laser hair removal, it's going really well so far! i lost most of my hair. Stuff is friendly and helpful. i had my patch test same day i bought an offer. Once i didn't receive a text from them because i forgot to give them my new number althought they didn't cancell my treatment! one of therapists just squezed me in her schedule!:)

Booked this after a friend recommended it to me, was told to expect a very basic experience but was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff (although they speak in a different language around you, that's not something that bothered me). It was exactly as described, the patch test quick and she answered all my questions (I had a lot!). The treatment was clean, quick and I felt comfortable with it.
I think it's worth noting that I chose this place not for pampering or a relaxing treatment and wasn't expecting to be looked after, I just wanted a very good value service as described and that's exactly what I got.
The only thing I would advise is that they do seem to book up very fast and I will have to wait longer than expected for my next apt.
Other than that, I am recommending this to all my friends!
