Disappointed at how many we're crammed into the jacuzzi and area around, pool was taken over by 'members?' Swimming lengths. Hot rooms had filthy glass doors and all showers were cold.treatment area involved walking through corridors, reception, coffee shop and past restaurant in dressing gown! However the area was clean and ambience in rooms much more relaxing although waiting to use each facility,due to numbers, perched on stools didn't make for a relaxing transition. Treasements were professional and relaxing and therapists very good..but it did feel very much like a production line. The same couple were in the water bed room when treatments were finished so we decided to take the spare bed anyway and my friend sat on the end one 'out of order' to wait for a try on the one I was on, and to encourage the couple to move on..but got wet. I was also phoned next day to say they had no record of us paying for the mud experience. Everything had been settled at till before we went in, so didn't expect that either!

The venue was lovely, it was great to be able to lounge outside in the gardens in the sun. Food very good too, and treatments very good value for money.

Walk in and you will discover the swimming pool is subtly different from others you may have previously encountered. It is sky-blue in colour, the air above is fresh and clean, due to an advanced purification system, which virtually eliminates the need for nasty chemicals. Also for your use there is a spa bath, steam room and sauna to ensure complete relaxation.
