Deep tissue massage to another level. Stanley was professional and very knowledgeable about the treatment. Gave tips and suggestions after the massage with breathing techniques and stretching exercises to perform regularly. If you never had a deep tissue massage before, brace yourself, it will be tough. It was good pain but at the end of the session your body is drained out of energy. Plenty of H2O after you go home. Definitely going back but after a little break. Highly recommend.

I needed a lot of tension worked out before an international flight and Stanley’s style of strong massage was exactly what I needed. This is therapeutic massage and he knows every muscle and how to relieve deep tension. Great experience and would recommend.
