I had a number of treatments done (inc. shellac mani, pedi and waxing on several areas). The therapists were great and I was happy with most of treatments (especially the nails). However, please beware that if you want hot wax to be used for your brazilian/hollywood you need to say so in advance as some therapists only do strip waxing. When I complained, CitySwish apologised and responded professionally so I would be happy to use them again.
