Manicurist was 20 minutes late, defensive when I asked her to fix nail shape. Salon was dirty, all the regular polishes had split. I wish I’d left when I first arrived as now I have to remove this job 😞

This is the second time I showed up to my appointment to find out that Julia was not coming because she 'was feeling sick'. I found it very unprofessional to not notify me of this beforehand, and have the option of rescheduling the appointment or booking with another professional.
I told this to the receptionist and she said she had just found out Julia was not coming 10 minutes before because she called her to check where she was.
Very unprofessional. Not planning to go back again.
