The steet dance classes at Sadler's Wells were very enjoyable and I feel like I learnt a lot even though they were 3 sessions. The teacher knew exactly what she was doing and was very trained for the job. I would certainly consider joining long-term if I didn't live so inconveniently far away!

Absolutely great experience. Definately didn't learn anything that could ever be useful to me, but thats not the point! Great venue, great fun, great laugh! I would definatey recommend to anyone. But PLEASE can you extend the expiry time next time? It was a bit of a rush to get all the classes in.

Went to Zumba (Six 1hour session for £20) at Sadlers Wells and Finsbury Town Hall. The teachers were really good. Studios were good too. If you are after a really good work-out then I wouldn't recommend Zumba, the hour session is not enough to work up a sweat. Overall, I had good fun (although I didn't attend all the sessions I booked due to the hassle of distance for me, travel expenses etc)

I go to Zumba classes and they have them at the lillian bayliss studio next door which is perfect because they are in nice well conditioned proper dance studios with mirrors so even if you can#t see the instructor you can still see what's going on by looking at the mirror. The studio is always nice and clean and all of the staff are very friendly/ The actual classes are also great because they have a lot of variety n the zumba moves and they don't repeat movements over and over again like a lot of other zumba classes I have been to.

Another great value voucher from wahanda. After buying the first lot of zumba vouchers, I loved how zumba didn't feel like exercise! I went to Sadlers Wells location and the dance studios are very professional as are all the teachers. For this price, what you get is excellent and I'd recommend to anyone.

Fairly central location. You had to go through a coded door that you have to ask at reception for. The dance space was pretty big for the group that was there. Plenty of space and a great instructor to show us the correct moves.

I have done salsa, pole dancing and all sorts of excerses to keep fir, but ZUMBA has been the best so far. I love it. I feel fit and I smile all the time. The music and the people are great and it is such a good work out. I totally recommend it.

I signed up for 6 sessions of Zumba with City Academy and have done 2 so far. I discovered that I absolutely love Zumba, as it's a lot of fun and perfect for someone like me who usually does not like exercising as I find it boring.
The teachers are very good and the venues are too (Sadler's Well and Colombo Centre), the steps are a bit hard to follow if like me you're unfamiliar with latino dances but everyone is doing their best and there is a great atmosphere.
The only slight criticism is that they aren't many classes in September, which makes it hard to book all 6 classes by the end of October.

I can highly recommend Zumba with City Academy. The instructor was so enthusiastic but still took us through the moves - step by step. It's just a bit daunting bumping into real dancers in the lift at Sadlers Wells!

Was heaps of fun, met a few nice people and all were very friendly. Teachers were fantastic, taught you the steps carefully and it was easy to pick up. Really good workout and I would definitely go back again and bring a friend too. Looking forward to my next session!

the deal was for 6 zumba classes at £20 - fantastic value as the classes at sadlers wells are always good fun, and there are a number of instructors meaning you get to try different styles and routines. thanks for running these classes and the deal!

This is definitely he best zumba classs ive been too in very nice facilities in air conditioned dance studios. The instructors are all nice and friendly and take the time to quickly show you the moves before paying the music. They're also very vocal throughout and cconstantly saying what steps you should be doing. I've been to a lot of zumba classes in different places but this is definitely the best 1, highl recommend it to everyone!

I actually did Zumba not salsa but there wasn't an option to pick Zumba. I think City Academy is a fantastic place and this was the first time I had tried Zumba. The teachers were great - all had a different style so I think for my next lot of Zumba lessons (Which i've just seen have another deal today - brilliant!) I know the style I like and will go for those teachers. Locations were all great and ultimately for £3 a lesson for a 60 min work (believe me, it is an intense work out) I couldn't praise it more.

A dance class at Sadler's Wells? Yes please! I've never done any kind of dance class before, except perhaps some cursory ballroom styles in high school, so this was a totally new experience. The class was held in a dance studio, just like you'd expect, wooden floor, mirrored walls, lots of ladies in lycra. As the class began, I remembered that I'm not the most coordinated among us and for that reason, I found the instructor moved a bit too quickly and didn't give us opportunity to see what she was doing before she did it. She also had a habit of darting all over the room, so wasn't always easy to find, when I needed to compare my fumblings with her moves. I also got the possibly paranoid impression that she was tut-tutting my inflexibility! Overall I found the experience a bit intimidating, although I've since been to another class with a different instructor who took the time to run us through the steps before the music started - much better. Final word: i'm signing up for another set of classes.

I had to jump on the band wagon after hearing about Zumba. It was not a dissappointment either, you get to work those body muscles and have fun all at the same time. Sadler well was the best studio with undeniably energetic trainers, I did try some of the other studios on offer as saddler well was always packed and it still turned out that it was still the best.

Great Zumba teachers, though different each week, so no continuity or progression was possible. Studio good - lots of mirrors! however very hot and this is not a gymn - so no changing rooms or showers. Overall good teaching and fun classes, ideal as a taster, probably best to book one of the courses.

Had no idea on what to expect with these zumba classes. All in all not bad.
In great locations and the teachers are always enthusiastic. Lack of consistency between classes and you often cover the same moves so very rarely challenging on your co-ordination but def on the heart.
Be warned classes are often oversubscribed and the hall itself has a tendency to lock you in or out. Changing rooms available on site!
In all honesty you get out of it what you put in.....Perhaps more fun with a friend and a large bottle of water.
