Nice looking Salon. The young guy on reception was very friendly and made me a lovely cup of tea. The nail technician was very nice, friendly and chatty but the standard of the treatment was not up to my usual standard for several reasons. Disappointing choice of colours, with no shade guide to help choose the colours. I just had to keep going in and out of the room to look at the bottles in better light and paint on to my nails to get an idea of the colour. The gels started to come away the next day as the end of the nails were not sealed and therefore the end of the nail was exposed and the gel was not fixed properly. I had expected a more professional result.
Charisma Studio's is a lovely salon, the staff are extremely friendly and the place is clean and welcoming. I had an under-arm wax done and it was really really quick and fairly painless.
Really great value and excellent staff :) Just wish that the rooms had slightly better lighting, missed a few spots on my wax just because it's quite dark . I must emphasise a few though, would still definitely recommend.
First time to have Hollywood wax and it was fine, everyone was extremely friendly and a very nice atmosphere. A very good salon
