Friendly staff, clean venue. Staff checked regularly that you felt comfortable and offered water as it was a very hot day! Would recommend.

Most painless wax I've ever had, end result was great, and quick too. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, put me at ease. Overall a great experience.

The staff were lovely and the salon was pretty and clean! Treatment was great, my waxer concentrated and was really thorough. She also made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. £32 is great value for a Lycon wax in London, so I'll definitely go back!

woke up with a really bad back. Got a last minute appointment at Chantelle & Lewis for an hour deep massage. it was fantastic, my back feels so much better and i have re booked for next week as recommended by the massage therapist. very good value for money
