The grounds around the Champneys Tring are truly beautiful and the fact that it was sunny one of the days we were there made it look even better! It is a big venue and the spa facilities are really nice, I especially enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool. There is also a lot of deckchairs to lounge around outside which again is very good for the summer. Food was as usual healthy but with enough variety and the staff were very polite. Only negative would be that we had some problems with the shower in our room and because it was Sunday there was no maintenance team around, but overall it was a very good experience!
Do cycle or walk around the gardens and find the many hidden treasures; croquet lawn, tennis courts, relaxing chalet and garden swing. One day is not really enough, we rushed around and did too many keep fit classes the first day and ached. Food is very healthy but we did have a sneaky bar of chocolate in our room.
Loved it! Great price from Last minute.com and easy to book. Then on arrival at the venue everything was taken care of as I had hoped. Treatments were fantastic too. Very happy.
Enioyed,but a few improvements on mre towels available and removing wet towels from the loungers in the sun room.more water drinking areas .staff vry attentive in the lunch restaurant and great foods catered for everyones palate.
Fantastic value for money! Make sure you take advantage of the lovely breakfast. Lunch very nice too! Staff very friendly.
