It is some while ago since I went to Champneys and I was pleasantly surprised to see all the enhancements and upgrades that had taken place. We had a super day. Felt pampered and welcomed and cant wait to go back !
Cattle Market - not what I expected from Champneys....after a nightmare trying to confirm this detox spa treatment with both last minute and champneys, we did not expect to arrive to find they could not find our booking and when they did they changed us from 9:30 to 11am. The meet and greet was awful and it was like a cattle market of people all not knowing what to do. The treatments however were very good and I would try it again on this basis..
We booked the detox experience and although champneys was great the detox experience itself was disorganized and chaotic, they separated us, forgot us and we didst fit in the full programme. One member of staff even told us there were too many people as Champneys just wants to make money.
Other than detox centre, staff great, facilities great, food great.
