The spa pool and facilities were clean and lovely. The welcome was great and the reception staff were very helpful. The two negatives were: 1) The lunch: we were shown to our table and then left with with no further instructions eg. Do we help ourselves? What is available? Would someone come to the table for drinks order? I had to find someone to ask. I was a bit disappointed with the food. I would’ve expected better for the money. We had no idea there was a noodle bar so missed out on that. 2) The treatment ‘head in the clouds’ that 2 in the part booked was supposed to be 25minutes, but was only 20 minutes. We did enjoy our day though, despite the disappointing lunch.

Perfect relaxing day for myself and daughter. Treatments of body wrap, massage and facial were all carried out by friendly expert beauticians. Food was excellent. Could not fault a thing.

A relaxing day. All the staff helpful informative and friendly. Facial well worth trying. Would go back again.
