I'm a salon regular, one of the newer tutors is particularly attuned to customer service and took pains to ensure we were comfortable in the heat, including offering water and updating on progress. They are also very encouraging in their tutoring style.
Tilly is coming to the end of 2 years of training so needed minimal supervision and had a constant stream of customers as she completed her assessments without a break. She knew what she was doing, so I was happy to let her get on with it and am not disappointed with the cut. I found her approach to be professional, and wish her well in her future career.
Ladies' Haircuts
Aimee was wonderful. She did a great job coloring my hair and explained what she was doing throughout, making me feel very comfortable about the whole process. I was in great hands! Thanks Aimee x
