Carmelle certainly knows her stuff! She looked at my skin and took into consideration what I wanted to achieve, and was able to advise what would be the best treatment. Everything was explained to me as we went and I felt completely at ease. She is a very knowledgeable lady! We started with a facial massage which was heavenly, followed by a mix of treatments targeted to specific areas. I've never felt so relaxed and I am thrilled with my healthy, glowing complexion! Will be booking in again!

I keep going back ! I have yearly top ups on my semi permanent make up, had a few eyelash extensions & more than a few facials. Amongst other things I like the one to one attention, the honesty if she cant help with something, her professionalism & the cups of tea xx
